माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी ने 5 सितम्बर को एक सवाल उठाया था कि अधिकांश प्रतिभाशाली बच्चे शिक्षक क्यों नहीं बनना चाहते ? उसका जवाब है कि आज शिक्षक को स्वयं सरकार द्वारा एवं समाज द्वारा शिक्षक को शिक्षक के रूप में नहीं बल्कि बहुकर्मी के रूप में देखा जा रहा है ;जिसकी वजह से शिक्षक स्वयं में आत्मकुंठित होता जा रहा है जिसका प्रभाव आगे की पीढ़ी पर बहुत तेजी से पड़ रहा है .यहीं मुख्य वजह है की प्रतिभाशाली बच्चे शिक्षक नहीं बनाना चाहते हैं .

there are so many issues that need to be resolved within the tenure, therefore it should be once in every two week preferably on sunday at 10 or 11 AM of maximum 20 minutes duration thus making almost 117 addresses in 4 and half years to come. The structure of the address should be: 1. Why a certain issue need to be addressed? 2. How the sytem is affected by it? 3. The feasible ways to resolve the the issue. 4. The change of mind-set required. Title "Reflecting India, Glorifying India"

प्राथमिक शिक्षा की खामियों को दूर करें और शिक्षक को शिक्षा के अतिरिक्त बाकि सभी जिम्मेदारियों व जवाबदेही से मुक्त करें तभी शिक्षक गुरु बन पायेगा ;और शिक्षा प्रदान करने हेतु उत्सुक होगा और उसे अपने शिक्षक होने पर गर्व होगा .

प्राथमिक शिक्षा में गुणवत्ता लाने के लिए सर्वप्रथम बायोमेट्रिक अटेंडेंस को पूरी कड़ाई के साथ लागू किया जाए .शिक्षक को सिर्फ और सिर्फ पढ़ाने का कार्य दिया जाए . वर्तमान में तो शिक्षक को पढ़ाने का कार्य छोड़ कर बाकी सभी कार्य दे दिया गया है .BLO कार्य , राशन वितरण का कार्य, बाल गणना ,जनगणना ,आर्थिक गणना ,मकान गणना ,पशु गणना ,मत गणना ,MDM बनवाना , मीना मंच का सञ्चालन करना ,इन सभी कार्यों की मासिक रिपोर्ट भेजना आदि आदि .क्या यही सब शिक्षक के कार्य हैं ??????

Yes, the dates should be fixed so as people are aware of such schedules. On the first day of month, over the breakfast table (I mean 7 am or 8 am) prime ministers reaching out to India and letting people know what lies ahead in coming month and how Govt expects its citizens to participate. It should be a clarion call for Citizen's active participation in Govt programme such as Clean Ganga, Swacch Bharat. These things will build a proud nation and equally proud citizens

प्राथमिक विद्यालय में प्रेरकों के माध्यम से सरकार द्वारा शिक्षा में एक और ब्यवधान .सरकार अब ऐसे लोगों को प्रेरकों के माध्यम से जबरजस्ति पढ़ाना चाहती है जो या तो पढ़ना नहीं चाहते या फिर वे पढाई से बहुत दूर हो चुके है और पढ़ना उनके लिए संभव नहीं है .सरकार क्यों नहीं समझ पा रही है कि किसी को जबरन शिक्षा नहीं दी जा सकती .इसके चक्कर में वे बच्चे शिक्षा से वंचित हो जा रहे हैं जो वाकई पढ़ना चाहते हैं . जो पढ़ना चाहते हैं उन पर ध्यान नहीं दिया जा रहा है ;जो नहीं पढ़ना चाहते उनको जबरजस्ति पढाया जा रहा है .

Frequency - It should be held once in 2-3 months on a Fixed day
Issue - Cover specific pre-informed issues with actionable-steps for the people (eg, encourage people to use Swadeshi goods, explain importance of vocational-training, physical-fitness & population-control, discourage tobacco, alcohol & drugs, ask parents to impart moral-education to kids, ask people to maintain cleanliness, encourage people to use solar-panels, public-transport & rainwater-harvesting)
