my suggestion I would like to suggest that as PM relief fund there should be a separate account/ Relief fund where people can donate money for directly for our armed forces. People have high regards for our defence forces. This donation should be complete tax free as PM relief found. This can be used for our pending military project or any emergency short term retaliation to Pak/China so our economy remain unaffected in such crises or a part of it can be used for defence research or def. infra

Law Related: We should categorize cases as well as courts on basis of severity and impact on society of crime. Cases relating to rape/gang rape/murders/ should be dealt with priority basis over case of land dispute which is already pending for years.Because these incidents will shatter the society and faith in law. Instead of completing one case and then moving to other, special courts should be set up to check the recent crimes based on categories. This will curb the increasing lawlessness.

I guess almost everyone here face the problem of traffic jams while going/coming to/from office. There are many reasons for it but the one I want to highlight is what we call "Pade likhe ganwaar". The literate and so called skilled people who jumps traffic signals, enter one ways, honk unnecessarily, or for that matter doesn't follow most of the traffic rules like changing lanes etc. So I request you to make take some steps regarding it like making proper dividers, one way blockers etc.

Accountability and Punishment are the key for improving the system. Make justice quick and easy, the day people have fear for punishment they will start to obey law. In India we tell people to go to court after committing mistakes-we know nothing will happen, in West it's directly opposite. Everything will fall in place if there is a fear for punishment.
