1. High Level of standardization to be introduced in Raw Materials and processes this will reduce wastage and higher utilization 2. Each Industry should develop Total Cost of Ownership metrics which measures all the costs incurred. 3. Develop collaborative communication channels for better price discovery.

BRO ka ground work check kijiye. Jese crore ki bajat di apne BRO ko to 1 crore ka kam v nahi hota or bajat khatam ho jata hai or unka koi v adhikari ya karamchari unka transfer nahi hona chahiye kyunki koi v adhikari ya karamchari jabtak budget ki antargat kam ko pura na kare tab tak unka posting alag jagah nahi honi chahiye. Is government ko v bohot faida hoga or sarkari rupiya waste nahi honge. Or task ki audit delhi head quarter me honi chahiye or apki dekh rekh me honi chahiye .

Respected sir, Taxation must be necessary. But there are too much complicated process regarding income tax. If person pay tax in advance, remaining refund he/she can't get. Since 4-5 years, people are waiting for incometax refund. After 2 year of complains in public grievance, officer ask opinion about how complain is solve. There is no regulations for complain sections in government section( Not limited to IT department but also other). My question is that is to be regular undesirable?

Having seen the functioning of govt departments from close quarters,I know for sure that there is huge wastage by all on expendable items. The various heads and sub heads of the budget are never adhered to and money is spent as per the wishes of the deptt heads at all levels. This must be stopped. Also, there are many organisations whose size and budget needs to be cut down ruthlessly.Their performance audit should be done by experts and recommendations should be implemented mercilessly.

Respected sir, There are so many government sectors which are too profitable for good income, For example, transport (BUS, Train, Post etc), But there are too much corruption in these departments. Post never deliver letters at time, Bus and trains have lack of facilities. This will develop private sector to grow and make services more expensive. If government can take interest then people can get valuable service at affordable source and they are good source for stabilizing economy.

Government Companies and Departments waste hundreds of crores in appealing against High Court Orders or Arbitration Awards simply because there is no accountability. This not only leads to expensive & time-consuming litigation but also clogs the High Courts and the Supreme Court, giving India a bad name and genuine citizens a long wait. A National Litigation Policy should be implemented and enforced to stop this unnecessary litigation.

Under NAREGA we pay many people for employment which is good. But when we start construction in any area we don't use them and expend more amount. So before any type of activity in any area we can filter the person getting benefited from NAREGA and use them. Like CISF we can also use them for private sector and charge from the organization.

My View is on defense sector not to reduce budget cost but to utilization of resources. I went through many videos to know feature of Howitzer Artillery, I show that 5-6 Jawans required to manager single gun and it's automatic loading facility is just like a crane which is slow. Instead of the crane there should be chaining system if possible. Setting up the gun to fire takes two minutes and is a manual process which should be minimized. After the changes I think 2-3 Jawans can do other job.
