Grants payable to States should be transferred directly to Municipal bodies/Village panchyats in the form of Work Order and not money transfer. Work Orders should be drawn in favour of giant companies like L&T, GMR etc. so that works will go smoothly without corrruption Union Govt.get proposals of work directly come from municipal bodies/corporation/village panchayats. Example:whi JNRUM scheme which will supply buses to Regional Transport corporation

Subject-Not able to open Bank Account. I Sandeep Bhati, Citizen of India.I am from Rajasthan and currently working in Pune. I went to open a Bank A/c in Pune. But i wasn't able to open it as Bank wants address proof and Rent agreement doesn't work. Also i gave my Aadhar card as an address proof but they didn't accet it, as the address is of different State. That's a big problem for the service men working in other State.
