As per my observation, this is the very basic situations for farm related productions ,as a cereals products or livestocks products. After production, proper market is not available as per requirement for sale their products, that's why producers are not able to find the proper money for their products. As per opinion, coperative organisation are not too active to buy products and keep in their warehouse. One more thing can develop,like SUDHA outlets where coperative agency can buy products from producers directly and sale through their outlets.It will be good initiative for Swedhashi or Athamnirvar Bharat. I think so government can take initiative for Rural economical development plan for Pan India.Hope so we can move on Swedhashi Athamnirvar Bharat rural economical development plan.
