I commend DEPwD and MSJE for inviting public participation in shaping inclusive policies. To ensure true empowerment of persons with disabilities, I suggest: strengthening accessibility in all public services, enhancing skill-based training linked to employment, investing in inclusive education, and launching awareness drives to combat stigma. Regular policy feedback loops involving PwDs will make the system more responsive and effective. This initiative is a welcome step toward a more inclusive India.

As the Private sector ignores the person with disabilities, it is duty of government sector only to provide equal opportunities to Person with disabilities and in my opinion reservation in government jobs shall only be for PWDs and not on any caste or religion or gender as government is already providing free education along with food and free medical facilities to all groups in the country so anyone who has will can grow. Also deduction under section 80U shall be allowed in new tax regim also Also benefit of double transport facility to all PWD working in Central Govt, State Govt, Central PSU State PSU and all govt bodies shall be granted All abovementioned govt offices shall be accessible to all PWD (currently many are inaccessible to PWD) Banks are reluctant to provide loan facilities to PWD, and are ready to give loans to their dependents at higher rates hence the benefit of lower interest rates for PWD as per govt guidelines is being defeated , even by the PSU Banks

Dear Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD), Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment (MSJE) and MyGov Team, I request you to please represent Physically Challenged community to our Government and place a voice for - 1. Please arrange for a system unit for Physically challenged ones, where citizens like me may visit for necessary repairs and support to our artificial limbs, in case of emergency situations. In Emergency, We have Hospitals. There is nothing if any Emergency situation arises for Physically Challenged ones if they meet any accident or have artificial limbs damaged or broken, suddenly mid-way of road or anywhere. 2. Please restore the Sec 80 U benefit for Physically Challenged in Income Tax -New Regime Policy, along with a little addition w.r.t. Deductions please, for expenditure in making artificial limbs / prosthesis. 3. Job Opportunities for Physically Challenged community is silent on Government Platform and absent in Private sector.
