car, bike and other vehicles purchased by disabled person, must be extempted from GST in the next GST reform. And no car criteria for that such as sub 4meter and under 1200 cc. This criteria should he removed.
instead of excise and vat, Petrol diesel and CNG must be under GST 18% for all.

How to prevent being disabled?
Some physical and mental disabilities can be prevented if mothers avoid most medicines and alcohol during pregnancy and spend the money they save on healthy foods. Spinal cord injury could be greatly reduced if fathers would spend on education and community safety what they now spend on alcohol and guns.

प्रवेश द्वार, गलियारे, रैंप, सीढ़ियाँ, लिफ्ट और शौचालय, सभी व्हीलचेयर के अनुकूल डिज़ाइन किए जाने चाहिए । दरवाज़ों की चौड़ाई, ग्रैब बार, रेलिंग, साइनेज और फिसलन-रोधी फर्श जैसी सुविधाओं का ध्यान रखा जाना चाहिए। पार्किंग स्थल, बैठने की जगह और खेल के मैदान भी सुलभ होने चाहिए।

यह बात इससे ज़्यादा सीधी नहीं हो सकती: विकलांग लोगों के लिए समावेशी माहौल बनाने का सबसे अच्छा तरीका है उनकी राय लेना । उनसे पूछें कि वे अपनी स्थिति का कैसे समाधान चाहते हैं,अगर चाहते हैं और उन्हें किन सुविधाओं की ज़रूरत होगी।
