Maximum Spend either Gain in Storage in any form
but circulate in demand & provide better to Circulation Economy
expenditure approch should not stand on demand but Neutral Balance stand better for a year
invest consume expenses- circulation
criteria circulation few r fix next to flexible
randomly changes
for a year with at least few year investment
each person each expenditure with besic requirements should fillfill
considering nature habit way of life of India
Diversity as- way of life climate in short in everything
few area of society just do- effort hardwork
progress contribution approch
& other r just wanna spoil society subsidy
Burden of Balance may overloaded on 1sided
so in such criteria Balance Neutral so at least -
besic expenditure with minimum..

The discussion paper is a positive step towards improving the quality and transparency of National Accounts using the expenditure approach. Updating methodology and base year will help reflect current consumption patterns and digital economy activities more accurately. It would be useful to ensure clear documentation, public accessibility of data, and regular stakeholder consultations to improve trust and usability of national accounts statistics.
