Taking the vision of the new National Education Policy (NEP) as envisioned under the dynamic
leadership of our Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, the Government of India has developed the National Credit Framework (NCrF) to enable the integration of academic and vocational domains to ensure flexibility and mobility between the two. NCrF would be a game changer by opening numerous options for further progression of students and inter-mingling of school and higher education with vocational education and experiential learning, thus mainstreaming skilling and vocational education. NCrF will also enable students who have dropped out of mainstream education to re-enter the education ecosystem.

NCrF will seamlessly integrate the credits earned through school education, higher education, and
vocational and skill education by encompassing the National Higher Education Qualification Framework (NHEQF), National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) and National School Education Qualification Framework (NSEQF). It also supports educational acceleration for students with gifted learning abilities and Recognition of Prior Learning for the workforce that has acquired knowledge and skills informally through the traditional family inheritance, work experience or other methods. The inclusive umbrella framework aims to make the options for Multiple Entry-Multiple Exit accessible and applicable across higher education, school education and vocational education, allowing students to choose their own learning trajectories and programmes.

The framework has been jointly developed by a committee constituted by the Government with members from UGC, AICTE, NCVET, NIOS, CBSE, NCERT, Department of School Education and Literacy & Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, DGT, and Ministry of Skill Development under the guidance of Union Minister of Education and Minister of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship.

The Government is inviting comments and observations by the 30th of November on the document
which is available in the link below for download.

There must be options to change their topic and study any interested topic at any time... the topic interest may change when the children grow up.. So the basics of all topic must be given to everyone. The education must be free still 12th standard, every childern have a capacity to learn and develop some thing new if they get proper education.. Many children's parents are not that educated may not able to support their child, but government should give a excellent and free education to all irrespective of their background, this will help to reduce the discrimination in the society.. Government should make the basic education free for all, once they became good position government can take taxes in return in future..

dear prime minister, This is lakshmi anuja from 8th standard from hyderabad I would like to share with you that in my colony there so many govt schools but I have heard that teaching facilities are not good (teachers are not regular) due to which children are unable to be focused and are unable to bring out their hidden talents.... I have seen so many students who are having good grasping power but are very poor to study in private schools. Please I request you to just have a look on govt schools. Even in private schools though the schools are famous and beautiful to see , the teaching is not at all good and also fees are very high that even a middle class family can not educate their children. This is the problem which my parents are facing right now .Please I request you to solve my problem

Honorable PM Dear Modi, All are unaware of difference between unique identity data ,and personal data of individual citizen , unique identity data is good to administration of nation in better way . actually personal data is held in social media like Facebook, true caller, tweeter, watsup,Instagram,Meta,Koo,etc these national and international apps hold more personal data out of country as well . 80 percent of population have account in social media which hold more personal data then any unique identity system . 1. social media hold photo, phone no, schooling derails ,date of birth, collage derails , friends derails ,family members and friends photo and cont lists , bank account derails , aadhar details, vehicle details with photographs and day to day activity history. Face book, Instagram, watsup have history records as well . so now how to protect individuals personal data inside country rather then stored in other country is a big question mark .
