The youth of India are the torchbearers of tomorrow, fueling the nation’s growth with their creativity, skills, and innovative mindset. The participation of youth, in addition to the demographic division we enjoy, will be crucial as we gear up to emerge from the shadow of global pandemic repercussions to build an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

The Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi gave a new mantra to the youth last year - ‘Skill, Reskill and Upskill’ to remain relevant in the rapidly changing business environment and market conditions.

The passion of youth is celebrated around the world on July 15 in the form of World Youth Skills Day to stress the strategic importance of equipping youth with employment, quality work, and entrepreneurship skills.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites creative ideas and suggestions from the youth to propel India as the ‘Skill Capital’ of the world.

The last date to submit your entries is 17th September 2021.

मेरा अगला सुझाव है कि भारत की जनता को शिक्षा और प्रशिक्षण का महत्व समझाना. इससे मिलने वाले लाभों को बताना. उन्हें जानना चाहिये कि ये चीजें जीवन भर उनके काम आयेंगी और तरक्की करवायेंगीं. तभी वे रुचि लेकर दिल से सीखना चाहेंगे. प्रशिक्षण देने से भी महत्वपूर्ण यह बिंदु है. वरना योजना से मनचाहे परिणाम नहीं मिल सकते. मीडिया आदि प्रचार माध्यमों को प्रशिक्षण के फायदों को सरल भाषा में जनता के मन मस्तिष्क में उतार देना चाहिए. उन्हें यह लगना चाहिए कि प्रशिक्षित होने में ही उनका फायदा है. बिना लाभ कोई रूचि न

पिछले कमेंट का शेष- शिक्षा के बाद यदि कोई व्यवसाय में जाता है तो असफल हो जाता है क्योकि उसे ली हुई शिक्षा से व्यवसाय का व्यवहारिक ज्ञान नहीं मिलता बल्कि वे युवक सफल होते है जो शिक्षा भले कम पाये हो लेकिन किसी दुकान पर काम करके व्यवसाय का व्यवहारिक ज्ञान लिये हैं इसलिये स्कूल में बचपन से ही हर बच्चे को व्यवसायिक शिक्षा कंपनियों में भेजकर 3महीने से लेकर 6 महीने तक देकर उन्हें व्यवसाय के प्रति रूचि पैदा किया जा सके. बच्चो की काउन्सलिंग करके यह पता लगाया जाय कि कौन किस क्षेत्र लायक है

आज भी हमारे देश की शिक्षा नीति का आधार लार्ड मैकाले की नीति पर है केवल बदलाव आधार के ऊपर के भाग पर ही किया गया है यह वैसे ही है जैसे किसी घर की नीव वही हो केवल ऊपर के डिजाईन में बार बार बदलाव किया जाय. मैकाले को यह निर्देश दिया गया था कि ऐसी शिक्षानीति बनाओ कि केवल हमारी नौकरी करने वाले ही युवक इस शिक्षा से पैदा हो इसके अलावा कोई काम न कर सकें क्योकि इंग्लैंड से कोई नौकरी करने यहां नहीं आता था यदि आता भी था तो वेतन ज्यादा देना पड़ता था. आज भी यहां का युवक शिक्षा के बाद नौकरी ही खोजता है आगे...
