The youth of India are the torchbearers of tomorrow, fueling the nation’s growth with their creativity, skills, and innovative mindset. The participation of youth, in addition to the demographic division we enjoy, will be crucial as we gear up to emerge from the shadow of global pandemic repercussions to build an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

The Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi gave a new mantra to the youth last year - ‘Skill, Reskill and Upskill’ to remain relevant in the rapidly changing business environment and market conditions.

The passion of youth is celebrated around the world on July 15 in the form of World Youth Skills Day to stress the strategic importance of equipping youth with employment, quality work, and entrepreneurship skills.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites creative ideas and suggestions from the youth to propel India as the ‘Skill Capital’ of the world.

The last date to submit your entries is 17th September 2021.

If India wants to reach a real height in the world in Education,Technology , Sports and all areas, first of all the caste system should be thrown out of country and all the educational and job allotments should be based on merits only and some reservations can be given on the basis of economic status. If it is implemented definetely India will be at the top real talents will come out and put our country to the top

there should be portal where survey should be conducted that what skills people want to learn and the interest they have. then different skills programs should be initiated in district levels. this would create great impact on economy. local and traditional skills should be enhanced.

the basic learning in School will make children choose higher tech based on their interest on their own. Also we can create more jobs for current Crasftsmen who can make better living and stand as an aspiration for next generation. From there all high tech will take over on its own

that will make all Indians atleast have basic knowledge on trades and crafts. this will help anyone to get a job or start a trade based on his wish by building on it. And then make understanding basics of Banking systems and Economics for all +12 students. same rules - it will be a pass / fail system with no marks or marks not included in rankings. If we do this at age 16 all indians will build basic trade skills and at age 18 they will know economics and banking. Innovation will boom from there

Education can be two types: Trade+Skill Education // Knowledge+Theory Education. Both are equally important, but depending on the stage of the country Govt must support one over another and leave the other to be driven by open market. Currently we have need for Trade+Skill Education pushed by Govt. One sample thought is that all the 10th Students must have basic knowledge of Masonry, Carpentry, Welding, Soldering & Plumbing. they should pass it but that mark will not be included for ranking
