The youth of India are the torchbearers of tomorrow, fueling the nation’s growth with their creativity, skills, and innovative mindset. The participation of youth, in addition to the demographic division we enjoy, will be crucial as we gear up to emerge from the shadow of global pandemic repercussions to build an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

The Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi gave a new mantra to the youth last year - ‘Skill, Reskill and Upskill’ to remain relevant in the rapidly changing business environment and market conditions.

The passion of youth is celebrated around the world on July 15 in the form of World Youth Skills Day to stress the strategic importance of equipping youth with employment, quality work, and entrepreneurship skills.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites creative ideas and suggestions from the youth to propel India as the ‘Skill Capital’ of the world.

The last date to submit your entries is 17th September 2021.

हम जैसे सोशल मीडिया पर कैंपेन चलाते हैं, चुनाव के लिए, हड़ताल के लिए, आरक्षण के लिए, लोगों को भड़काने के लिए या फिर विज्ञापन के लिए। ठीक वैसे ही हमें कई कैंपेन एक साथ चलाने की ज़रूरत है, ट्रेनिंग के लिए, अलग अलग क्षेत्र में इनोवेशन के लिए,फिर चाहे वो कृषि, विज्ञान, ज्योतिष,धर्म ग्रन्थ,शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य,अंतरिक्ष, समुद्री, आपदा प्रबंधन,और निकट भविष्य में आने वाली चुनौतियों से निपटने के लिए ।और यह प्रयास आम आदमी नहीं कर सकते है,क्योंकि वह इतना सक्षम नहीं है, इसकी जिम्मेदारी सरकार और संगठन को लेनी

India is considered as great source for labor or manpower but if that is not used properly is wastage of everything . So if something is created to counter this issue unemployment will reduce to some extend . My idea for this is if government starts giving salaries to people for work that include social plus environment welfare would be great like if for cleaning there own area people would get some stars and that can help them to get reduction on other side like some road tollplaza rebate .

हमारे देश में एक इंजीनियर, मेनेजमेन्ट का काम कर रहा है, मेनेजमेन्ट वाला इंजीनियरिंग का हेड है, कॉमर्स वाला मेडिकल फ़ील्ड में है, मेडिकल वाला मेनेजमेन्ट का काम कर रहा है । यहाॅ पर हर बड़े औदे वाला ब्यक्ति अपने से नीचे वाले का हक छीन रहा है और फिर वह ब्यक्तित् चाहे छात्र, नेता, कर्मचारि,ब्यापारी या फिर किसान ऐसी हालत में देश कैसे तरक्की कर सकता है । हमें जरूरत एक बेहतर मेनेजमेन्ट की है जो कि हर किसी की जिम्मेदारी तय कर सके ।

हमारे देश में सिर्फ फेमस होना ही तरक्की/ उपलब्धि माना जाता है, देश की आधी आबादी तो फ्री में सिर्फ Facebook, Twitter पर गाली देने के लिए ही लगे हुए हैं, और सायद हमारे देश की सरकार भी यही चाहती है अन्यथा ये लोग रोजगार के लिए सड़कों पर आ जाएंगे । देश के लोगों को को भाई भतीजावाद, आरक्षण के उपर उठकर खुद ही जिम्मेदारी लेनी होगी और एक सुनहरे भविष्य की कल्पना करनी चाहिए और उसे पूरा करने के प्रयास होना चाहिए ।

आज हमारा देश मेनेजमेन्ट में विकास कर रहा है, और हम इनोवेशन को छोड़कर सिर्फ और सिर्फ मार्केटिंग तक ही सीमित हो गऐ हैं, जिससे हम दूसरों के बनाऐ हुए सामान पर निर्भर होते जा रहे हैं । आवश्यकता इस बात की है कि जो हमारे देश में हर साल लाखों युवा (जो कि असाधारण प्रतिभा का धनी है,सिर्फ चंद पैसों की नौकरी के लिए अपने जीवन का अमूल्य समय नौकरी के लिए भटकने में बर्बाद कर रहा है ) के सही इस्तेमाल की है। यदि इन्हें सही ट्रेनिंग और सही मार्गदर्शन मिल सके तो फिर हम भी ये सभी हासिल कर सकते हैं ।

हमारे देश विश्व भर में वस्तुओं के इस्तेमाल पर अग्रणी देश है, परन्तु उनके निर्माण, इनोवेशन पर फिसड्डी, इसकी समस्या का समाधान हम अपने पडोसी देश चीन से सीख सकते हैं , उन्होंने अपनी जरूरत की हर एक चीजों को (जैसे सुई से लेकर हवाई जहाज और चन्द्रमा तक) खुद ही बनाना सीखा है जिससे उनके लोगों को रोजगार भी मिला है,और युवा शक्ति का सही उपयोग भी हुआ है और विदेशी मुद्रा की भी बचत हुई है, साथ ही उन्होंने दूसरे देशों को निर्यात कर पैसे भी कमाऐ है। ऐसा नहीं है कि हमारे देश में प्रतिभाओं की कमी है ।

Today India is counted among the superpowers of the world but, it is not sufficient to get that designation and not work according it..We are not so much developed in making helicopters , ships , guns ,etc. , automobiles are just assembled in India and the companies give it a name MADE IN INDIA , but that's assembled in India. So, we have to be aware and start manufacturing units in India ( WITH GOOD QUALITY GOODS) which will boost our economy and will also make India Prosperous.

Most of the Govenment Invits for the Ideas and Invitation i have Submited - but its all taken i comes to known that, my suggesstion are taken for granted till rtoday more than 100 certificates including for pleages in my submition, all i am expecting appriciation letters from PMO office for the contribution. One of my PET submission for the admanirbhar bharat initiative for the" Hospitality Industries and Studies" which need immidiate attn by the govt. pls look in this submission
