The youth of India are the torchbearers of tomorrow, fueling the nation’s growth with their creativity, skills, and innovative mindset. The participation of youth, in addition to the demographic division we enjoy, will be crucial as we gear up to emerge from the shadow of global pandemic repercussions to build an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

The Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi gave a new mantra to the youth last year - ‘Skill, Reskill and Upskill’ to remain relevant in the rapidly changing business environment and market conditions.

The passion of youth is celebrated around the world on July 15 in the form of World Youth Skills Day to stress the strategic importance of equipping youth with employment, quality work, and entrepreneurship skills.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites creative ideas and suggestions from the youth to propel India as the ‘Skill Capital’ of the world.

The last date to submit your entries is 17th September 2021.

The Youth of the Modern India needs to be equipped with Skills. For this, More efforts by the Government are the need of the time. Be it MSMEs, Microfinance Institutions, Handloom Industries or other village industries, More Employment Oppertunities should be provided by creating employment enabled course. For this, private Players, Advertising agencies, Cinema, Actors, Olympics Winners can play crucial roles.

skill development करने के लिए skill program को school level पर से ही course में लागू कर देना चाहिए जिससे candidate school level से ही familiar हो जाये। और skill में महारथ हाशिल कर सकेंगे। इस तरह से india "skill capital of world" बन सकता है।

Skill development can happen only if imparted at a younger age. It should start from class 6th or so. There should be a hobby, orientation & aptitude tests. Based on children's orientation they should be put on skill enhancement courses well designed and structured in accordance with country and industry needs, of course along with their academics. After doing basic education till class 12 th skilled boys should be recruited in industries & other fields the country needs based on rigorous test

I think that its waste to celebrate independance day because all people are still seeing religion , caste, etc... But our grandparents did not see to get independance . Recently Pakistan people have destroyed an hindu temple . It's so crucial . We people can also do their temple like that but we all will respect all god equally .That is we all are humans but they are really behaving as animals

Respected Sir , Skill development should initiate from the start of the academics. Children should be motivated to be developing their skills based on their talent but forcing them to be a part of pressure in schooling education. Several skill development awareness campaigns should be organized across our country and bring the talent in children and proper organized training is to be given to them.

#Introduction of Skill champions from among students: Why can't we create a Post called Skill Champion (the best skilled students). Let his teach his juniors. Lets pay some fellowship too. We must include students in the teaching level too. It is called regenerative teaching.

The first step towards skilling a nation, is identifying the real skills of students... Most students are multyskilled... Proper training must be given to existing teachers to identify them

Dear Modiji, The first thing you should ensure is 'KEEP THE INSTITUTIONS OPEN FROM MORNING 7 TO EVENING 8' . We are not getting enough time for research and skill development. Let's think of maximum utilization! Now practical available timing for skill devpt is a big zero. Teachers come by 9 and leave by 4. LET OUR INSTITUTIONS BE OPEN AT LEAST TWISE THE TIMING.
