So by indulging population in sports competition in other fields will reduce. Encouraging parents let their children to play and represent. And award them for this.
Govt schools should be refurbished so that many schemes for sports can be launched and many talents from rural can be brought on stage. Provide them better infrastructure with facilities they need.

Population is seen as big problem of our country. Though this population can be asked to work. Like China has done. Specially in Olympics. If GOI iniciate with former atheles who are best at their sports like PT Usha, AB George, L Paes, D Pillai, V Anand, A Bindra, Marykom, AS Kamal, S Mirza Baichung Bhutia, S Chhetri and start working at grassroot level by setting up institutions like Gopichand. Then in upcoming years India will be able to show talent at different platforms including Olympics.

"Catch them young" may not be an outdated idiom for skill development. If possible systematic skill development programmes must be begun at the primary school level itself. From class Vl onwards there must be skill based practical assessments and every month the progress of the skill based achievement must ve evaluated. Once a student finishes his class X his marksheet will reflect the achievements of head, heart and hands as well, a well qualified person.

Huge loss of existing skilled /highly skilled women is happening in India as women in science/eng fields (aprt from few conventional areas) hardly recognized , sidelined/forced to quit at middle levels and their huge potential, scientific acumen goes waste. Women are generally not considered for a Head of an organization/ team/department/unit or a plant etc. This becomes a hurdle for the next generation who are not motivated to take up science/engg/technical related fields. This has to change.

In our country there are many skilled teachers are unemployed. Many skilled people are not much educated but they are interested to teach their skills to the students. They can teach their skills in a rural areas where there is no education facilities. But the government have to give a salary for such people.
We can make a donation website which can be utilise to provide good salary for such people. There are many people who are interested to make donations.
