The youth of India are the torchbearers of tomorrow, fueling the nation’s growth with their creativity, skills, and innovative mindset. The participation of youth, in addition to the demographic division we enjoy, will be crucial as we gear up to emerge from the shadow of global pandemic repercussions to build an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

The Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi gave a new mantra to the youth last year - ‘Skill, Reskill and Upskill’ to remain relevant in the rapidly changing business environment and market conditions.

The passion of youth is celebrated around the world on July 15 in the form of World Youth Skills Day to stress the strategic importance of equipping youth with employment, quality work, and entrepreneurship skills.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites creative ideas and suggestions from the youth to propel India as the ‘Skill Capital’ of the world.

The last date to submit your entries is 17th September 2021.

The personality of the yore have developed to such an extent they could attain the Ashtasiddhis at some stage of their evolution which they consider as at low level of human evolution. When such a wisdom base is available, and it is not to be taught in schools is something which needs to be addressed as a priority basis. Symbolically we can celebrate gurupoorinima as a reverence to such wisdom base and the medium (guru).

You know what seers of yore did was that they could explore further layers of inner being and they are conscious, subconscious, guidance, engagement and spiritual layers. Not only that they have change management model for each layer so that the capacity building of each layer can place.

My daughter is studying Fashion Design 1yr course at NSTI-W, KOLKATA. ONLINE classes are irregular. How she will be trained properly, not known. Only 1 teacher is teaching online and hardly 1 class is being taken by the teacher in a week. Kind see what can be done to improve the situation, otherwise, students will get only a certificate without knowing skills.

Emergency medicine is a critical specialty and as demonstrated during the pandemic is the first line of defence against disease or injury. There is severe shortage of emergency personnel (doctors, nurses, paramedics, technicians & support staff) across the country. At best India has less than 10% of the required emergency personnel and this gap needs to bridged on a war footing. Any effort in this direction will contribute directly to saving precious lives in the country.

If we can implement the part-time job system and on-campus job customs for college students, which will help them gain experience and the salary they would get will help them in their daily expenses. This custom is prevalent in western countries. And another idea is to improve and develop the infrastructure of computer labs in every school and focus on teaching computer programming to students. And make computer science and programming a compulsory subject in 10th and 12th grade board exams.

Basic thing now India Govt has to do is to issue minimum wage for all job like in developed countries. Each state govt can provide a state factor to it.For example. a mason basic rate established by India Govt shall be 600Rs/8 hrs duty. Karnataka can state 600+200.But the basic list should be provided by central govt. Salaries shall be directly paid to bank account only. PAN should be removed and only ADHAAR shall be basis of bank account. ADHAAR no should give all details about each citizen.
