The youth of India are the torchbearers of tomorrow, fueling the nation’s growth with their creativity, skills, and innovative mindset. The participation of youth, in addition to the demographic division we enjoy, will be crucial as we gear up to emerge from the shadow of global pandemic repercussions to build an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

The Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi gave a new mantra to the youth last year - ‘Skill, Reskill and Upskill’ to remain relevant in the rapidly changing business environment and market conditions.

The passion of youth is celebrated around the world on July 15 in the form of World Youth Skills Day to stress the strategic importance of equipping youth with employment, quality work, and entrepreneurship skills.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites creative ideas and suggestions from the youth to propel India as the ‘Skill Capital’ of the world.

The last date to submit your entries is 17th September 2021.

The topic I want to highlight here is that we have several road projects which are required to connect the nation but I haven’t seen project which would be upgrading the public sector conveyance. I have seen cities in Europe where people prefer to travel by bus or trams. If we can make flyovers within the cities for privates vehicles thenwhy can’t we make tracks for trams which would reduce the private cars on roads. Less traffic plus less impact to environment, can be started with small cities.

Lot of sustainable and renewable energies are wasted like our rain waters getting wasted in seas, our wind energy getting wasted because of not having enough turbines or wind mills, solar energy getting waster because of still electricity is used for all purposes like thermal, hydro electric power. If we are able to harness natural resources like converting sea water into portable,drinking water and use wind energy for running gas turbines,using solar for running for automobiles,country can save

Instead of selling government governed institutions to a few private or multinationals, it is better to sell them to a group of public who own a join institution like cooperative society so that there will not any price rise of commodities or loss of jobs due to private forming their own set of rules. Instead of training and creating career for the people, they will have profit only as their motive which may help to grow our GDP but not stop our human talents getting wasted because of hire,fire.
