The youth of India are the torchbearers of tomorrow, fueling the nation’s growth with their creativity, skills, and innovative mindset. The participation of youth, in addition to the demographic division we enjoy, will be crucial as we gear up to emerge from the shadow of global pandemic repercussions to build an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

The Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi gave a new mantra to the youth last year - ‘Skill, Reskill and Upskill’ to remain relevant in the rapidly changing business environment and market conditions.

The passion of youth is celebrated around the world on July 15 in the form of World Youth Skills Day to stress the strategic importance of equipping youth with employment, quality work, and entrepreneurship skills.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites creative ideas and suggestions from the youth to propel India as the ‘Skill Capital’ of the world.

The last date to submit your entries is 17th September 2021.

skill isn't some activity that we learn and forget with time.skill is experience and passion for acting. Knowledge is not skill . Skill development in india quite challenge considering the population which is deprived of facilities on work on their skill. Development of public sector which would be create more jobs and sharpen the skill development by the providing internship and training facilities in different sectors like schools,collage etc.

skill development is the process of identification of the kills gap in youth & providing skilling training & employments benefets to them..... Education and skills are essential for everyone, and they both walk hand to hand n everyone's career journy. They are the root behind the economy growth and economy development of a country... There is no need to vaccinate people who had documented COVID-19 infection. These people may be vaccinated after generating evidence that vaccine is beneficial after natural infection, the recommendations stated

School me hi skill development karana shuru kare group class 6 to 8 , 9 -10 , 11 - 12 skill programs must kare or jaise skill development program me hitgraahi ko remuneration milta hai waisa school students ko bhi mile unka ac open ho or after 18 yrs children ko mile tab tak wo FD bankar rahe , students jo bhi skill se sikh kar banate hai unko GOVERNMENT / SCHOOL MANAGEMENT purchase kare like electronic toys , daily usable products etc basic study k saath ek skill subject alag rahe hi any how...

वैसे राज्य जहां कम इंडस्ट्री है जैसे बिहार इन राज्यों को ध्यान में रखकर एक विश्वस्तरीय कॉलेज का निर्माण किया जाए जिसमें 12वीं के बाद सभी प्रकार के स्किल संबंधी कोर्सों को संचालित किया जाए जो 3 महीने से लेकर चार पांच साल या उससे अधिक के हो, जो स्टाइपेंड पर आधारित हो l करें इसमें एक और एजुकेशन की हाईएस्ट क्वालिफिकेशन इत्यादि को भी इग्नोर करते हुए 10 या 12 स्तर का ही रखा जाए और यह पूर्ण रूप से सरकारी हो क्योंकि प्राइवेट स्तर पर सब कुछ दिखावे के लिए होता है व्यवस्था कुछ नहीं रहती और इसकी निगरानी भी

कुछ घर परिवार ऐसे हैं जिनको कहीं स्किल सीखने के लिए यूनिवर्सिटी कॉलेज जाने की जरूरत नहीं है बल्कि ज्यादातर काम वे अपने पैतृक लोगों के द्वारा अर्थात माता-पिता /दादा-दादी के द्वारा सीखे हुए और वह काफी अच्छा भी है उन सभी चीजों को मान्यता को देने के लिए एक सर्टिफिकेशन कार्यक्रम चलाया जाए जिसमें लोग अपने स्किल के बारे में जानकारी भरें और उससे संबंधित एग्जाम दे इसके अलावा एक भाषा का एग्जाम लिया जाए इस आधार पर उनका सर्टिफिकेशन दिया जाए हम इसे क्लास वाइज भी बांट सकते हैं 8वीं/ 10वीं / 12वीं स्तर आदि !

As mentioned above, we are in discussionswith Finland, a draft MOU with PASET countries is in the process of being finalised. NSDC recently signed an MOU with people of Indian Origin Chamber of commerce and Industry (PIOCCI) and is also in conversation with US India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) to Strengthen international skilling efforts by mapping skill gaps in various countries that might benefit Indian youth and serve to identify gainful job opportunities overseas.
