The youth of India are the torchbearers of tomorrow, fueling the nation’s growth with their creativity, skills, and innovative mindset. The participation of youth, in addition to the demographic division we enjoy, will be crucial as we gear up to emerge from the shadow of global pandemic repercussions to build an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

The Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi gave a new mantra to the youth last year - ‘Skill, Reskill and Upskill’ to remain relevant in the rapidly changing business environment and market conditions.

The passion of youth is celebrated around the world on July 15 in the form of World Youth Skills Day to stress the strategic importance of equipping youth with employment, quality work, and entrepreneurship skills.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites creative ideas and suggestions from the youth to propel India as the ‘Skill Capital’ of the world.

The last date to submit your entries is 17th September 2021.

We can eradicate poverty ,hunger and malnutrition from the country by well planned plantation by planting Treculia africana jack fruit, Dacryoedes edulis Safou fruit, Plinia dubia Camu- Camu fruit, Cnidoschulus Chayamansa Mexican tree spinach, Brosimum alicastrum Mayabread nut etc. aside the roads, railway, canals, drains and streams etc.

Systems should be implemented in small manufacturing units for high productivity with good quality. Proper training and procedures should be provided to the employees of the company like ndustrial engineering for reduction of losses in production time (study of neck time tact time, cycle time etc). Quality improvement by systems implementation . It has to be Top management to bottom level of employees.

Sir, Small manufacturing Industries should also be skilled like China, Korea, Malaysia Thailand Manufacturing units or as MNCs are working with systems. These systems are like Six sigma which is related with COPQ cost of poor quality , 5S, 3R, Lean Manufacturing like implementing in Japan. MNCs are taking big benefits in india because they have systems but small unit doesn't have these types of systems.

Respected sir/mam,Skill development is a vital tool to empower every citizen. To achieve this India needs flexible education system with multi-facated and highly eficient skill development system and every student should get opportunity to represent their ideas either from village or from town .Student from villages are multitalented only they need good mentorship or a supportive group. They need a proper guidelines , internets , E-learnings, science labs ,education based on Art and Culture.
