The only way to skilling is to train individuals in their regional language/Hindi/Sanskrit. Regional Skilling and Regional Employment.
The training should be as per regional requirements/tradition/culture and interests.
Need to understand regional importance and development.
The employment opportunities should be regional and in its languages.
Exposure and practical training is an important stimulus to skilling.
Different teams at regional level should be made to encourage and guide them.

youth wanting to continue their traditional family manufacturing or service business should be provided training and funding at lower rates . Say if son of a carpenter or carpet weaver wants to continue the traditional mfg he should be given advanced training free of cost and should be given a subsidy &collateral free loan starting from 1 lac. It will encourage enterpreneur skill and will reduce unemployment, will also lead to world class art and craft skills helping in export

in spite of banning China made goods, again most of electronics, electrical goods, cell phones, many items are of Chinese. businessmen are cheating the customers without revealing. only after opening the package, we can see the label. recently I purchased woven, outside nothing seen, salesmen also hided, but it is Chinese. authorities should raid wholesales,,retailers and should file cases. unless legal action taken, skill developments and Indian made products can't get market share.

I think we need to focus on school atmosphere that must be creative, energetic and competitive. First we need to develop Teachers' qualities and give them task to give talents from school and from village through students and their parents. If once schools get their position against competitors they try harder to get more achievements and the doors for future creativity will open.
I saw in east to west in Rajasthan in my service there is each school has different and equal talend. Thank you.

The youth of India are the torchbearers of tomorrow, fueling the nation’s growth with their creativity, skills, and innovation mindset. The participation of youth, in addition to the demographic division we enjoy, will be crucial as we gear up to emerge from the shadow of global pandemic repercussions to build an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.
