The youth of India are the torchbearers of tomorrow, fueling the nation’s growth with their creativity, skills, and innovative mindset. The participation of youth, in addition to the demographic division we enjoy, will be crucial as we gear up to emerge from the shadow of global pandemic repercussions to build an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

The Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi gave a new mantra to the youth last year - ‘Skill, Reskill and Upskill’ to remain relevant in the rapidly changing business environment and market conditions.

The passion of youth is celebrated around the world on July 15 in the form of World Youth Skills Day to stress the strategic importance of equipping youth with employment, quality work, and entrepreneurship skills.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites creative ideas and suggestions from the youth to propel India as the ‘Skill Capital’ of the world.

The last date to submit your entries is 17th September 2021.

Namaste Sir Sir, request you to create App for Formers. In sign Language and thumb impression. Sir, in Nursery for kid who doest not no writing or reading we ise same method.Why not App on same basis which will help former to sell there product to any one. Initially they may condemn but they catch up slowly

India is having threat of barbaric islamic terror ,see latest incident in Katihaar (Bihar) days are not very distant that such radical forces are fearlessly proclaiming that where Muslims are in majority Hindus should leave that area immediately otherwise they will do what Taliban is doing in Afghanistan recently , they are also threatening that the way they made two independent islamic nations like Pakistan & Bangladesh ,in the same manner they are in majority in UP,Bihar,West Bengal,Kerala,

seeda sa tareeka hai bharat ko skills se fayda pahunchane ka ki jo jis kam.k layak hai use us level ka kam dijiye kyonki vese he rojgar kam ho rahe hai us time mai b agar aap layak logo ko kam na deker rishwat ya jati k nam par kam denge to jo layak hai vo desh k baher jaker he kam karenge or dheere dheere yaha se jo skills hai vo videsho mai transfer ho jayegi fir desh mai jo nalayk log honge vo bala kese sahi logo ka Chunaw karenge

every skill has evlaution and register for patent .process of patent to register idea make free .after that innvoation with expert excute and final the product or idea . make simple process for patent youth have idea registration cost by agent is very high ,and process is also vast make easy to excution

most companies are targeting employees of other companies for jobs instead of hiring & nurturing new employee. Because training freshers is huge investment, experience of old employees are much more. these leads to unemployment & underemployment. freshers are bound to work in low salary whereas old employees are paid more. govt should make strict law for unethical practices, provide subsidy or tax benefit for trainees,& skill development program.

Change should be an attitude that can be put into action, the action becomes a habit, habit becomes a rule and rule becomes a culture. This process takes years. To make India a skill capital, every student of every school should be taught a skill based on his interest, capability, and availability of resources. The Level should increase as the standarad increases. While giving admission to college the skills should be taken into consideration. Soft skills should be a part of every curriculum.
