The youth of India are the torchbearers of tomorrow, fueling the nation’s growth with their creativity, skills, and innovative mindset. The participation of youth, in addition to the demographic division we enjoy, will be crucial as we gear up to emerge from the shadow of global pandemic repercussions to build an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

The Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi gave a new mantra to the youth last year - ‘Skill, Reskill and Upskill’ to remain relevant in the rapidly changing business environment and market conditions.

The passion of youth is celebrated around the world on July 15 in the form of World Youth Skills Day to stress the strategic importance of equipping youth with employment, quality work, and entrepreneurship skills.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites creative ideas and suggestions from the youth to propel India as the ‘Skill Capital’ of the world.

The last date to submit your entries is 17th September 2021.

Youth should be given basic training on software coding as Indians have flair for developing applications which generates good income through the internet. Youth of India easily grasps technology without much basic education. Wealth which is concentrated in few tech giants can easily be distributed among Indian youth through skill development on software coding.

local language engineering requirement. i worked for MNC he easily learned the key working points and fired me. it would not have happened if the concepts i have learned in local language like hindi tamil or gujarathi. emphasis on local language education. help students get job priority who completed degree in local language within the state itself.

The Indian education system should be revamped. The below courses should be added to all State and Central syllabus from 4th Grade onwards. 1. Creative Problem Solving 2. Logical Thinking & Reasoning 3. Social Behavior & Public Etiquette 4. Leadership Development 5. Presentation & Public Speaking 6. Data Analysis & Management If the above are included into school syllabus from 4th grade, the coming generation will automatically be skilled.

आदरणीय महोदय, जो कार्य जिला औद्योगिक केन्द्र करता है उस कार्य को बैंकों को सौंप देना चाहिए जिससे अधिक स्तर पर छोटे उद्योगों का प्रसार हो सके ,कुछ आवश्यक परिवर्तन करते हुए बैंकों में ऐसे अधिकारी होने चाहिए जो स्थानीय लघु-उद्योगों का संचालन अपने अधीन रखे । प्रशिक्षित युवाओं से वैश्विक बाजार की मांग के अनुसार प्रोडक्ट निर्माण करवायें ।एक बड़ी इकाई की स्थापना से अधिक उपयोगी यह रहेगा कि तैयार की गयी छोटी मशीनरी की स्थापना का प्रबंध रहे। एक पूंजिपति ना होते हुए भी हमें अधिक लाभ वैश्विक स्तर पर मिलेगा
