The youth of India are the torchbearers of tomorrow, fueling the nation’s growth with their creativity, skills, and innovative mindset. The participation of youth, in addition to the demographic division we enjoy, will be crucial as we gear up to emerge from the shadow of global pandemic repercussions to build an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

The Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi gave a new mantra to the youth last year - ‘Skill, Reskill and Upskill’ to remain relevant in the rapidly changing business environment and market conditions.

The passion of youth is celebrated around the world on July 15 in the form of World Youth Skills Day to stress the strategic importance of equipping youth with employment, quality work, and entrepreneurship skills.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites creative ideas and suggestions from the youth to propel India as the ‘Skill Capital’ of the world.

The last date to submit your entries is 17th September 2021.

मेरे एक मित्र संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका में अपनी सेवा दी और वहीं बस गए। अमेरिकी नागरिकता भी ले ली। भारत आना हुआ तो मुझसे मिलने आए। मौका देख कर भारत और अमेरिका में अंतर जाना चाहा। उनका उत्तर बड़ा छोटा और स्पष्ट था। उनके अनुसार जब तक डालर न मिले अमेरिकी जिधर देख रहा हो उधर ही देखता रहेगा पर भारतीय उनके उलट सामने वाले की मदद में जुट जाएगा। पेटेंट, कॉपीराइट , बौद्धिक संपदाएँ जैसी कानून इस बात का प्रमाण है। भारत के ऋषि मुनियों की लोकहित की विशाल ज्ञान संपदा सदियों से मानव मात्र के लिए निःशुल्क हैं।

We are planned to provide skill development and employment promotion at the panchayat and ward levels obstruction from political level and the official will never support. Whatever say claim that central ministry declared and we are doing but it never reach any panchayat at all other than blabbering and false promises. 65% youth 63% rural are abandoned and no skill development reached any level zero monitoring system in the nation causing siphoning set aside funds. time TO STOP MGNREG Scheme

As long as the Government of India's Politico-Bureaucratic alliance controls all business, including government tenders, the country will never progress. Almost all banks are ready to give away loans to only their allies where were common public could come up. Need urgent changes by the govt a single.-window system to support by a Banker & All Tech Dept. official represented by an Engineer along with industries Development Officer in addition with CSIR official as a single table service desk

Contd..For external demand from foriegn exports, ‘Contours'(similar to hydrological contours) of value chains are plotted with nodes of different economies’ role along the value chain (pic) and then incremental upgradation to activities of higher value is strategically engineered through strategic upskilling of the domestic labor force.For ex, strategically upskilling the labor force with a pre-existing software development knowledge pool to system engineers with high value is very rewarding

By identifying and categorizing skills depending on sources of demand, we may be able to streamline upskilling initiatives in a coordinated manner. Internal Demand coming from domestic consumption is mapped to skill gaps. With our prospective consumption coming from rural areas, some of the prominent new products of ‘green consumption’ could be solar/electric water. Skills for these products are preemptively, proactively anticipatively imparted even before demand from the market becomes apparent

To develop a great India, we need great people and Govt of India can institute various scholarships in various fields at school levels. Many students are unaware of Indian history and what they are taught at our schools are not of much help. This should help students to focus their talents properly.
