The youth of India are the torchbearers of tomorrow, fueling the nation’s growth with their creativity, skills, and innovative mindset. The participation of youth, in addition to the demographic division we enjoy, will be crucial as we gear up to emerge from the shadow of global pandemic repercussions to build an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

The Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi gave a new mantra to the youth last year - ‘Skill, Reskill and Upskill’ to remain relevant in the rapidly changing business environment and market conditions.

The passion of youth is celebrated around the world on July 15 in the form of World Youth Skills Day to stress the strategic importance of equipping youth with employment, quality work, and entrepreneurship skills.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites creative ideas and suggestions from the youth to propel India as the ‘Skill Capital’ of the world.

The last date to submit your entries is 17th September 2021.

Respected Sir, it is submitted that we have talent in each area but only issue is the motivation and enthusiasm is lacking. eveyone wants right without performing duty. first thing to develop the sense of duty to develop/ learn some skill for self-growth

Respected Sir, I have an idea to create skill people not only in technical but good thinking as well. Skill set should design with hard as well as soft skills. Our schools and colleges doesn't deliver such skills. India needs good thinkers and communicators of ideas, not only a work force to be a global leader. Proud to be an Indian. No one can share his emotions and ideas on this small platform. Implement 5 days working policy across industries with 9 hours of work ( which will include 1 hours of break 2 breaks for 15 mins and 1 for 30 mins )

पहले तो हमे युवाओं में रचनात्मक सोच विकसित करना होगा। नए आईडिया को पोषित कर एक तकनीकी सपोर्ट देना होगा। साथ ही स्कूल और कॉलेज स्तर पर विभिन मशीनों ओर इलेक्ट्रॉनिक पार्ट्स के प्रयोग एवं उपयोग को प्रेक्टिकली समझना होगा। नए खोज और विचारों को परितोषित दे कर बड़े स्तर पर सम्मान दिलाने पर वी विचार करना चाहिए। देश दुनिया मे हो रहे नए खोज और तकनीक का भी समय पर जानकारी मिलती रहे ये भी बंदोबस्त करना होगा। ऒर अंतिम ये की सरकारी तंत्र सिर्फ कागज पर गई उपलब्धि से नही जमीनी हकीकत में भी उतनी तरकी करे।

पूरे देश में लड़कीयों के लिए मार्शल आर्ट की ट्रेनिंग अनिवार्य होनी चाहिए इससे वो स्वयं की सुरक्षा कर पाएंगी और सुरक्षित बेटियां हमारे देश के लिए बहुत कुछ कर सकती हैं

School level: the vocational training/ volunteering works be implemented and made mandatory for students (class 5 to class 12), this will improve practical knowledge of children in school levels only. So, for this government/ private institutions should be formed with employees who make sure of the students being trained properly without any ignorance in knowledge imparting.

sir please make physical education as a compulsory subject in all schools from primary classes itself I would rather suggest from play school. Until unless we make sports as a daily routine, we will not achieve laurels in international events. our sports or any activity should comesurate with our population. I am a firm believer that we can achieve anything once we are having determination and grit. Request please start subject in this year only. thanks jai hind
