ITI/NCVT should not be mandatory
It has been seen that some Government Department mention ITI/NCVT as Essential Qualification for Job. This should completely abolished. There are so many CARPENTERS, TAILORS, COBBLERS, PAINTERS etc. who have not done any formal ITI/NCVT course; still they are very good in their work.

Being SKILLFUL does not necessarily require any formal Educational Qualification. The so called CARPENTERS, ELECTRICIANS, MASONS, PAINTERS, TAILORS, MECHANICS etc. are highly skilled professionals. They hardly possess any Formal Qualification. But still they are good at their work. They are so EXPERIENCED & TRAINED in their work, that they can do better than a so-called Engineer. We have to encourage them.
Government should come forward to recognise such professionals.

A lot many Engineering Colleges have been opened in India in last few years. Thousands of Engineering Graduates are being passed out from these colleges every year. But do these Graduates have the desired skills? This is a big question.
Only Quantity of so-called Engineers is being increased, and not the quantity.

Sir
All student have their own skill. We know that there are 8 to 10 periods in a normal school timetable.
Include 1 to 2 periods in this time table for identy their skill and master in that skill.
This method should give EDUCATION + SKILL DEVELOPMEMT to the students or youth
