The youth of India are the torchbearers of tomorrow, fueling the nation’s growth with their creativity, skills, and innovative mindset. The participation of youth, in addition to the demographic division we enjoy, will be crucial as we gear up to emerge from the shadow of global pandemic repercussions to build an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

The Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi gave a new mantra to the youth last year - ‘Skill, Reskill and Upskill’ to remain relevant in the rapidly changing business environment and market conditions.

The passion of youth is celebrated around the world on July 15 in the form of World Youth Skills Day to stress the strategic importance of equipping youth with employment, quality work, and entrepreneurship skills.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites creative ideas and suggestions from the youth to propel India as the ‘Skill Capital’ of the world.

The last date to submit your entries is 17th September 2021.

Sir I would suggest that I have 400 plus companies network in Bangalore at private secotor and provide 3 lakhs plus employement to may youth in Karnataka and organized many job fairs and skills drives with many honorable NGOs , minister and MLa ,of Karnataka and given Employement.We we train the skill aa per constituency wise we would be able to get more employement by training and Organizing job fairs with my vast 12 years experienced attached few clips details plz lets a skill platform

sir As our country having 70% of village population, let's find out the village wise Cartesian expert with respect to in various field, which needs everyone in their to day to day life. Supporting these all with technology add upon will enhance the socio-economic status of all rural area. Second let's have the collaboration of these rural area with respective educational institutions.

There are three major categories of skills which run the country to make India as Skill Capital. Industrial Skill: Industrialization is the key to success. Tiny and Artesian Industries in particular should be developed. There is a huge potential in this sector. Agricultural Skill: River Linking Projects Social Skill: By Non-violent communication. By this method, both Industrial and Agricultural Skill can be developed to the new heights

मैं भारत सरकार से अनुरोध करना चाहता हूं विशेष रूप से प्रोविडेंट फंड ऑफिस जनकपुरी के पदाधिकारियों से जो रिटायर हो गए व्यक्तियों का पैसा उनके प्रोविडेंट फंड के अकाउंट का देने में आनाकानी करते हैं और उन्हें रिटायरमेंट के बाद परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है। बार बार चक्कर लगाने के बावजूद भी किसी पदाधिकारी से मिलने नहीं दिया जाता है और उन्हें बाहर के गेट पर ही रोक लिया जाता है जिससे यह समझ में नहीं आ आता है कि उनका प्रेग्नेंट फंड का क्लेम क्यों रिजेक्ट कर दिया गया है। इस विषय में हस्तक्षेप जरूरी है।

मृत्यु पश्चात अनुकंपा के आधार पर सिर्फ कम पढ़ी लिखी पत्नी ही 4 th ग्रैड नॉकरी पाने की अधिकारी हो ना कि पुत्र या पुत्री ,एक पढ़ा लिखा स्किल्ड योग्य युवा भी नॉकरी पाने से वंचित रह जाता है वही उसका मित्र सिर्फ पिता के मृत्यु होने से नॉकरी प्राप्त कर लेता है , ये सामाजिक असमानता पैदा करने का कारण बन जाता है योग्य व्यक्ति का स्थान कोई साधारण व्यक्ति को मिल जाता है ये देश के विकास में अवरोध पैदा करने वाली वयवस्था है इसे खत्म किया जाना चाहिए ।
