The revised framework should clarifies that restricted datasets like those of Aadhaar, the unique identity number, will not be a part of overall data sharing.

In continuation to my previous suggestion,
Data this obtained through that app, will be enormous & @ the same time will be more than sufficient than any other social apps such as Facebook, Twitter or whatsapp.
This data can be used extensively thereby automatically reducing the overhead of costs of all the manual surveys conducted by the government including the census.
If the data integrity & validity is maintained correctly, then there will be no need to conduct new manual surveys from the govt. The existing analytic data will be readily available to the government, whenever required.
Right from laws of the govt., govt. machineries, all the ministries, everything should come under this one app. Then this will give the power to the people rather than being centralized into one parliament.
Thus, this will help the progress of the Nation.

Bring in all the government works into one Application interface (one app). Whether it is applying for ration or aadhar card or driving license, or till issuing tenders from government, let it be anything related to the government just bring it into one Android app.
Let this app be downloaded in every citizen's phone, so that any government job need to be done, they can use this app.
Any issues reported under that app should be considered as a ticket and should be solved by the support 24*7.
Let this app contains the link to the passport, aadhar card & all the government related IDs & proofs of the citizen who downloads it. Likewise you will be able to get all the details of a citizen under one roof in this app.
Thus obtained data can be used for analytics & statistics & even for census automatically.
By this one app, the whole govt. & it's system will be online 24*7. So that, the services of the govt. can be made available for its citizen easily & 24*7.
