Respected Sir, This is part 3 of my submission on making India clean. As the consumption increases, so does the garbage generation. However high levels of consumption without the right checks and balances will ruin the individual, the family, society and the nation. To take the popular example of swiggy and Zomato, food consumption, food wastage and plastic garbage have increased exponentially. Low cost of delivery has artificially increased demand for outside food, and increased garbage generation. If we ask them to pack food in recyclable containers like metal carrier food supplied by the customer, it may increase logistics cost but it will act as a barrier for artificially high demand and cut down garbage generation. FMCG goods from atta to chocolates to tooth paste must be supplied in recyclable containers, or have bio degradable material. Thus, all intermediary packing material for all consumables must be collected by distributors or their associated agencies.

Aadarniya PM Sir, It would be indeed heartwarming if you could speak about the need for our education system & processes to include topics/subjects which can: 1. Orient our current generation about India’s glorious pre-history and make them curious about finding more. 2. Integrate newer India-centric topics in the National Education Policy (NEP) curriculum. 3. Instill a sense of pride and clarifying a lot of myths about the origin of India & Indians 4. Ensure that we get interested in history without the need of going through scholarly & difficult books. 5. Get more UNESCO heritage sites, & not only 40. Even America with a mere 300 years of history has 25 UNESCO sites now. India should have at least 250 such sites. It would be great if you could pass on this VISION to our historians. 6. Support the Archeological Survey of India (ASI) so that they discover & research more on the true prehistory of the subcontinent. 7. Ignite ‘Curiosity’ & love for traveling in this generation.

Respected Sir, This is part 2 of my earlier post on making India clean. Expected outcomes of enacting the garbage collection responsibility on private agencies: 1. The production and distribution of goods will be localised to minimize garbage generation 2. There will be lot of product innovation to ensure that there is minimal to no waste produced - like plastic wrappers, etc. 3. More jobs in supply chain will be created - for example: earlier milk distribution was done through metal canisters and people directly collected milk in vessels. Now milk packets have become a great source of pollution 4. When product distribution and garbage collection agencies become integrated within the same supply chain, the people participation becomes very high. 5. Instead of having transactional relationship with these agencies, people will build more long term relationship. Example: person delivering ecommerce items and people collecting garbage are separate and completely disconnected

Hello sir I have small request and suggestion as you provided separate coaches for women in train so please try to provide a separate general coach for old age people's it's difficult for them to get seat in general coaches in train so I have request for you please provide this facility for old age people (a separate coach in train) they are facing difficult while traveling in train when they won't get seat in general coaches so try to provide this facility thank you sir

Hello sir this is Manjunath I have a small suggestion please provide a sound announcement in train in all Tain coaches (sleeper and general coaches also ) because while traveling in the night in the train like they usually closes the window and doors it's difficult to know the station so it's better if we have a announcement in train coaches like this station name and announcement of the upcoming railway station name so people who go for sleep they will get some idea and they will prepare to get down by hearing the announcement instead of asking someone it will be great helpful those who travel long journey in sleeper coaches that announcement in train coaches it will be helpful for them I request you to provide this facility it will be helpful everyone Thank you sir

As we are celebrating amrit mahotsav kalkhand we are proud that what our premier institutes like DRDO,ISRO,IIT and many such institutes have achieved and continuously contributing in development of country. I would like to draw your attention towards R&D spending of India. As per recent report from Niti aayog we are the least spender country in R&D of only 0.65% of GDP which is alarming however China is spending 2% and Israel spending 3% in their R&D. I am sure there have been pace with R&D in our country in few years, however to make amrit mahotsav as a mission to true success we have to facilitate more fund and facilities towards R&D not only in deference & medical but also in various other fields. We need to stop getting out talents and young scientists, researchers from brain drain. We need to target 2025 to achieve 1% allocation in R&D of our country.
