माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी भारत में राष्ट्रीय हाइड्रोजन मिशन की शुरुआत हुई है। इस मिशन में हरित हाइड्रोजन को ऊर्जा के तौर पर इस्तेमाल के लिए,उपयोग करने को प्राथमिकता दी गई है। हरित हाइड्रोजन का पहला संयंत्र भारत सरकार द्वारा असम में सफलतापूर्वक लगाया जा चुका है और इस ईंधन द्वारा चलित कार का केंद्रिय मंत्री माननीय श्री नितिन गडकरी जी द्वारा उद्‌घाटन भी किया जा चुका है। यदि इसके संयंत्र पर विचार करें तब हरित हाइड्रोजन का संयंत्र करने के लिए समुद्र एक अच्छा स्थान है जहां हाइड्रोजन उत्पादन के लिए प्रचुर मात्रा में जल स्त्रोत, वायु स्त्रोत उपलब्ध है। इसमें संयंत्रो की श्रंखला भारतीय समुद्र में स्थापित करना शामिल है। हरित हाइड्रोजन संयंत्र की परिकल्पना में समुद्र में चार इकाई जिसमें सौर संयंत्र, जल शुद्धि संयंत्र,ईंधन प्रसंस्करण संयंत्र और भंडारण संयंत्र शामिल हैं, को जहाज( प्रत्येक ईकाई के लिये एक जहाज) पर स्थापित करें तब हरित हाइड्रोजन प्राप्त करने की दिशा में यह युक्ततम प्रयोग होगा। हरित हाइड्रोजन संयंत्र को समुद्र में लगाने के लाभ धरती की अपेक्षा अधिक हैं। आपका अति प्रिय कपिल शर्मा

govt should outsource and reduce unemployment in the following places 1. Central govt 40 Lakhs-30 lakhs now , balance 10 lakhs outsource and give job to 40 lakhs with reduced salary repeat 2. PSU's-10 lakhs- reduce manpower and increase more outsource personnel- 5 lakhs reduce and give 20 lakhs jobs 3. Psu Banks & insurances 10 Lakhs- reduce to 5 lakhs by stake sale share- 20 lakhs jobs by 2024 4. state govt, state psus and jobs in panchayats- 120 lakhs jobs- outsource 60 lakhs jobs by recruiting 240 lakhs with reduced salary so total govt can create by changing all low level jobs or eliminating or resizing jobs and with same salary an give jobs up to 3.2 crore jobs these will create good system in improving efficiency and improving efficiency and can repeat based on eliminating jobs or automating or outsourcing based on stake sale or privatization or retirement or voluntary retirement max 30 yrs service more jobs more money in more families more spread of finance
