Honorable PM Dear Modi, it is high time to discuss about Maximim population not the fertility rate , 150 crore is very high where it shall by 65 to 70 crore . Population balance is also important , here the fertility rate can be concidered to maintain the status quo as in time of independence . % of population on one ethnic group shall not decline and one ethnic group increase which will be danger to nation . Make population bill for Group which increased population to come back to percentage to the time of independence. Groups which fell give incentives to increase population like jains, Budha and also other tribal groups which fell population . for other groups which increased make 1 child max , and 2 child max law to put them in jail and take child in gov care center . This is uniform rights and uniform law to all in constitution..

Respected Sir,From my view point below mentioned two issues in a village should be looked upon- (1) Lots of village roads are KACCHA ,Poor infrastructure due to some IRRESPONSIBLE PANCHAYAT MEMBERS.This should be checked (2) Very very poor Telecom NETWORK COVERAGE in rural areas which creates major setback for the VILLAGE EDUCATED YOUTHS.This should be checked. I myself face this issues so I thought it is one of the major issues faced by Educated youths of village which makes them outdated with today's World

We should bring back our stolen artifacts from western countries and their museums and illicit trafficking rules and regulations should be strict in our country just like Nepal. २. Museums at state level as well as district level should be maintained well. Start point would be Egmore Museum Chennai. ३. In every state, history textbooks should focus the ancient dynasties such as Satvahanas, Kushanas, Guptas, Rashtrakutas, Cholas, Pratiharas and Chandelas instead of teaching the next generations the history of western countries.
