Terrorist activities of target killing has increased in Kashmir due to indifferent attitude of Gupkar Alliance parties who are publically promising for restoration of Article 370 if they come to power, as per agenda of terrorist Groups and Pakistan Intelligence Agencies, which inspire them to increase terrorist activities. So all controversial Laws created by the Govt prior to Abrogation of Article 370 may be removed and laws at par with other States be implemented in J&K to provide all benefit as per Central Laws. Accordingly J&K Reservation Act 2004 may also be amended and reservations available as per constitution of India may be implemented in J&K and 27% reservation be provided to OBC Category at par with other States. OBCs in J&K are around 40% of population and will neglect the Gupkar Alliance parties who denied OBC Reservation to them. Retention of RBA reservation out of OBC reservation quota will benefit Gupkar Alliance in the Valley, hence RBA reservation may be abolished.

Sir , You should get a strong solution for the traffic and the traffic rules in our nation .The people of the country and neither have knowledge about the traffic rule nor the regulations.They are very prone to neglect the traffic rules and the same breed is getting carried forward by the young or even the small schooll going kids. In most of our developed or developing cities traffic jams are very common and the main reason behind this is the people breaking signals,wrong way driving,rash driving etc etc .This are very small mistakes but eventually the can cost someone’s life like a ambulance struck in jam .Sir this can be a negligible issue on the national level but its a comman man everydays hurddel .We realy need to teach our this generation and upcoming generation the imp of traffic manners .We are learning so many things from west why can’t we learn and make learn our country men.Sir this needs some strict actions and rules.Give me a chance nd i can make change.

Sir, Ownership to Farmers on Custodian Evacuee Land may be provided to those who are occupying the land since 1947 but land is still under Ownership of those who shifted to Pakistan on partition of India. Occupant farmers are being denied compensation of land gone under defence use but compensation is paid to Custodian Department in J&K Govt. for further payment to the land owners in Pakistan. As such, occupant farmers may be provided ownership right over the land under their custody since 1947 or so. Lakhs of farmers in Jammu region will be benefitted and will show confidence in the Govt, which would provide them ownership over evacuee land, they are occupying. Gupkar Alliance will be neglected by the farmer community. The ownership of those who migrated to Pakistan during 1947 was protected by Article 35A and Section 6 of Constitution of J&K as amended during 1965. Now their ownership should be terminated and ownership may be provided to those who are occupying the land.

Sir' Nomination of MLAs from West Pakistani Refugees (WPR), who got the real Independence after abrogation of Article 370 as they were denied residentship of J&K even after 70 years of their migration from Pakistan during 1947 on partition of India, leaving behind all belongings and valuables and left homes to search safe place, hiding from Attacks on Pakistan side. So far WPRs were even not the voter for State Assembly or Panchayat elections. WP Refugees are the most sufferers in the word who were denied even residentship by J&K State where they were residing since 1947 and forced spend life like second class citizens to survive being, land less and most neglected and backward class of the world. WPH Refugees are totally neglected and have no representation even at Panchayat level. Therefore two MLAs may kindly be considered for nominated from WPRs to provide appropriate representation in the Assembly, so that issues of WPR are discussed properly and at appropriate level.
