Dear Madame. In order to empower the women in rural areas I suggest to implement a scheme of establishing cooperative soscities in every village with only women members .This should act as A to Z helping centre for women as well as children such as providing financial support for self employment ,housing needs studying and also it should have some facilities for emergency counselling facilities. Only women and children families should be given priority.

Education for all: Currently, Govt is subsidising educating students from institutes like IIT, IISc, AIIMS etc., Instead, they can be given education loan for the full amount and the students can repay it after they start earning. Features: Govt will have more money to spend money on primary and secondary education. Students have to pay back only after earning. They will not pay until they earn. They can complete Phd without paying fees. Later it can be extended to all colleges.

Please make income tax slabs and calculations simple. Up to income 8 lacs nil. No need to provide any kind of tax saving investments. This will eliminate both burden on tax officials as well as people's calculations. Savings apart from PF is the responsibility of the individual people and govt. should come out of these kind of things. From 8 lacs onwards each individual have to pay income tax according to the slabs. Here also no savings proof is required. Like this we can eliminate tax disputes

Namskar My sincere request to look at 1. Removing tax free income for all, including MP's and also agriculture income should be tax free upto some limit only, as there is always misuse of this for building wealth and this will bring all at par 2. The subsidy of any kind must be restricted to poor citizens only, upto certain income levels and rich and affluent must not be getting any subsidy or freebies from tax payers money 3. All tax rates must come down, like personal tax rates, GST etc,

Please exempt from GST certain essential services like health insurance. Middle class does not come under purview of Ayushman and hence have to fend for themselves with rising medical costs. At least the GST on the premium can be exempted. At present actual expenses on medical exceeds the cover given by 80D, since no medical insurance covers OPD treatment. Hence the argument that due to 80D, GST is justified does not hold good.

Budget: Taxes There should be no tax levied on pension earnings and on interest from fixed deposits from pension earnings. Banks could also waive tax on interest from Fixed deposits as banks already rely for funds from savings of depositors. Income tax should also be streamlined and made less hard as earnings are anyway from hard work. Here instances of countries not levying income tax, (Dubai) should be studied to understand how Government raises funds otherwise. Our strength in export
