It will be great if Educational load interest is waived off. 12% interest is much high for educational loan. It will be useful at least it's interest rate reduced.

Focus on Growth, do not announce free lunches.. set a clear road m vision for $5 Trillion economy.
In this election people have rejected promises to get free lunches, reservations, etc. because they know these small and fringe initiatives will only push them backward and in turn slow down the growth rate of the Indian economy.
We need to work towards increasing the per capita income from the near $2,000 to $10,000 levels, and this can surely not be achieved by offering citizens free lunches.

PF deduction should not be clubbed in sec 80 C or increase the limit of 80c as govt itself has changed the minimum wages why we always think of capping at minimum wages its a needs to deal separately.
Conditions for claiming house rent also needs overhauling as maximum salaried class folks are not getting max benefit by one of conditions.
LTGT & STT is not in favor of small investors.
Govt needs to redefine the limit of low , mid, upper mid and high income groups as our GDP is growing,

Respected Madam,
I would like draw your kind attention in respect of higher education program for girls. For higher education in India or abroad, parents have to take Higher Education Loans from Banks on their immovable property. The loan is to be repayed to banks in next 15 years. In case of boys, parents have no problem but in case of girls, parents faces great difficulties.
My suggestion :
FOR GIRLS HIGHER EDUCATION TUTION FEE of should be bear/repay to Banks by Govt. of India.

Employee contribution to PF/ESI,,though not paid within the due date of payment of ESI/PF,should be allowed as a deduction if paid before the due date of filing the return of income or at the time of payment if paid after the due date of filing the return. Employer's contribution is allowed as above even though paid belatedly. Govt cannot tax an unearned income ,once the dues are paid belatedly.T here are lot of litigations on the issue, and many courts have allowed belated payments .

make every parent(including government official employees, private employees, business people) to compulsory admit their children up to class 5 th standard in government schools compulsory.
Give private schools permission from sixth standard only then every government schools perfectly utilises funds, improves infrastructure and facilities so right to education will be possible.
hope you try this

R/Madam,
There are no/ very negligible budget proposed in segment for waste management ,please took this segment as an important ,as waste management programe is needed at every place in the country .Every developmental project the Govt. is initiating and completing is incomplete with waste managemnt .Along with the budget compulsary guidlines must be issued to municipal corporations and municipality to work in domestic waste disposal ,such that domstic waste may not be visible .

1. Gratuity law should be changed as minimum 3 years of service and after that employer should start depositing that money in NPS account of employee which will encourage retirement saving and govt will also get more money for investments
2. Minimum Health and Education benefit should cover all citizens.
3. I am totally against the tax free income and benefits to Lawmakers, as we all citizen work and pay taxes then lawmakers should also do the same and set right example.
