Make one app to calculate day to day profit and loss & cut income tax on that amount . If next day he book loss it will adjusted in next profits . No one are required to show share market income . there is no necessary to file this subject in income tax return .

To solve water crisis it is learned that government is planning to start work on interlinking of rivers. This will certainly benefit to enhance irrigation facilities. But in areas where no river water can reach we have to plan for a Water Grid similar to Gas Grid and Power Grid. Pipeline laid across length and breadth of country can be linked with all major rivers. Brahmaputra river which is flooded when most rivers in plains are dried up can be major contributor.

In order to promote small scale business of outdoor catering and increase self-compliance, we request to reduce GST on outdoor catering service from current 18% to either 12% with setoff or 5% without setoff. This reduction in rates will give a boost to the GST Revenues by atleast approximate 45%. We request you to consider our genuine request for the Survival of Outdoor Catering Industry and do the needful at the earliest. Thanks & Regards, For FAIC, Kirit Budhdev, Secretary.

Respected Minister, Ponzi schemes have swindled money of lakhs of citizens. Main reason is lack of safe investment options. Land dealings are low on liquidity. Stock market is over prized due to low market penetration and high valuation. Pl make Fixed deposites and interest earned on savings account tax free. Cap upto 5lakhs per annum. Current 3 years of cap for tax benefit is hard on liquidity. People need avenues to earn some side income to offset job uncertainty and inflation.

I want to put forward my view & bring to your attention about Income Tax. The points are discussed as below: 1. 09005 business code is not available then what would be the business codes for the commission agents. Its request to update the business code or suggest some other code for the commission agents. 2. An option should be available for the claim of TDS for previous years.
