Once desalination companies become operational the investors can sell off their shares. The cash in the system can be put to use for a very important need of the present

CBDT has earlier clarified that pensions received from former employers can deduct Std. deduction from pensions. Please cover pensioners of PSUs and pvt. sector companies for availing Standard deduction from pensions received from EPFO under EPS 95 scheme and annuities from LIC the contributions of which are fully paid by the respective employers only from AY 2019-20.

Honble Madam, 1. Consider of reducing dividend tax. Now it is app. 20% on tax paid amount and again if individual dividend is more than 10 lakhs again he has to pay tax on that. Due to high dividend tax rate many corporate and promoters look for various loopholes and lakhs of diputes u/s 2(22) i.e. deemed dividend income are pending before various courts. Your honor can consider reducing dividend tax to nominal rate like 5%, which would be highly appreciated and booster for the economy.

Your Govt. has not cared for people who have honestly paid income tax all through their lives. Unless you take care of this & Middle class both economy and employment will remain in dumps. There will not be a Pulwama / Balakot around every election.

EASE OF DOING BUSINESS: Dear Sirs, We are working in the field of import and export clearance. There is a late filing fee for Bill of Entry, which is Rs. 5000/- per day for three days and there after Rs. 10,000/- per day. This is a huge amount which cannot be afforded by small business people. Similarly, there is an amendment fee of Rs. 1000/- for shipping bills. This amount is also very high. Request you to reduce both these amounts so that small traders will not be effected. Thanks.
