In order to make the Union Budget-making process participative and inclusive, the Ministry of Finance has sought inputs from citizens for the last several years. This year too, the Ministry looks forward to hearing from you on your suggestions for the Union Budget which will be presented in the Parliament in the upcoming session.

Citizens from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of this democratic exercise. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations. The last date for submissions on this forum is 20th June 2019.

WE ARE PAYING ADVANCE TAX OR SELF ASSESSMENT TAX WHICH DIRECTLY GOES TO OUR PAN ACCOUNT. LIKEWISE WHILE PAYING TDS, THE PAYMENT SHOULD GO TO RESPECTIVE PAN ACCOUNT SO THAT WE CAN ELIMINATE LENGTHY PROCESS OF TDS RETURNS, PENALTIES ETC. IT SHOULD ALSO SERVE OUR PM,S EASE OF DOING BUSINESS. PLEASE CONSIDER

और इस कार्यक्रम की जिम्मेदारी किसी कैबिनेट मंत्री को दीजिये ताकि उसकी monitoring हो। राजधानी में अगर कोई बड़ी कंपनी निवेश करती है तो पास के 10 जिले अपने आप प्रगति की ओर बढ़ेंगे आज भी छोटे जिले के लोग राजधानी में आकर ही अपनी ख़रीदारी करते है चाहे वो व्यापारी हो या फिर एक आम नागरिक । राजधानी को बढाइये बाकी छोटे जिले अपने आप आगे बढ़ जाएंगे ।

GST on Life Insurance policies lead to Great setback in Insurance Business. Policy Holders not benefited after incurring GST on insurance policies, hence policy holders not interested to take insurance policies. Kindly withdraw GST on insurance policies for the benefit of Public & Insurance Agents.

INSTEAD OF TREATING SPECULATIVE TRANSACTIONS ON SHARES AND F&O THE SAME MAY BE TREATED AS SHORT TERM CAPITAL GAINS

Regarding Food Security & Biodiversity Tax:-*Food Security:Promoting food grains to meet the demands of the growing population and also ensuring basic nutrition to the poor.Maintaining buffer stocks from droughts/shortages etc.,- more focus on MSP, Incentives to key crps, and Warehousing etc.,*Plantation of trees and plants aids in making the environment better. Biodiversity boosts ecosystem productivity .- focus more activities on Plantation etc. Try to charge tax / cess or in otherform.

Profit or loss on speculation income on shares, F&O transactions there is no clarity about treating the turnover. the CPC sometimes ask the assessee to get the accounts audited u/s 44AB evethough the amount of profit is very low. In speculative transaction turnover is very high and usually profit is very low or incur huge losses. the sections 44AB or 44AD CREATING LOT OF INCONVENIENCE TO SMALL INVESTORS. KINDLY SIMPLIFY THE SECTIONS REGARDING PROFIT OR LOSS ON SPECULATIVE AND F&O TRANSACTIONS.

Narendramodi ji आपसे निवेदन है कि 29 प्रदेशों की राजधानी में तत्काल रूप से फ़ोकस करें जिसमे इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर से लेकर रोजागर तक के कार्यक्रम तय किये जाए ,जो कि आपके पहले 100 दिन के टारगेट का एक हिस्सा हो अगर कोई राजधानी develop होती है तो उसके पास के 10 जिले भी deveolp हो जाएंगे। आप से निवेदन है कि प्रदेश की राजधानी में कैसे भी करके बड़ी कंपनी के offices खुलवाएं ओर ज्यादा से ज्यादा रोजगार का सृजन करें ,कम से कम घोषणा तो करवाने की कोशिश करिए ताकि लोगो मे उत्साह बना रहे |

Respected Madam, Namaste Sub:. Recovery of Bank dues through the court Suggestion:. Those who are interested to close the bank court case, pay SUIT AMOUNT Only and close the dues. may be this recovers volume of funds to the Nation. my bank case in the court for recovery, having more than sufficient collateral security but the bank advocate prolonging the case since 20 years to add more interest to the dues. This nasty behaviour I lost my brother who died last year. with tears jdkumar

1 Income tax limit for rurals must be two times more than Urban's. This will help in employment and investment in rural areas. 2 Urban allowances for govt employees must be less than rurals. This will help for doctors imensly. 3 For boosting 100 percent export units manufactured by resident indians tax exemption limit must be increased. 4 If a high population city like Mumbai can have 100 floors building then why not rural India. fighter planes and private planes can crash anywhere even at war .
