Interest on Bank deposits should be refunded for Salaried class who are paying income tax.
this will avoid double taxation and boost bank deposits.
banks in turn will be able to lend this amounts to industries for job creation.
no major changes are required to implement this change

tax on pension and on fixed deposits from pension could be waived.
Income tax to be streamlined and Govt.could raise funds from exports of products we have a comparative advantage. Public and corporate sectors to function efficiently to get profits and Govt. raise funds from them.
Self employment for youth and pensioners to be facilitated by grants for an initial term
Housing schemes for first time loans to be relaxed with no tax for a few years. Also with no stamp duty for first time loans.
