Madam, I am related to few schools in my region, going for cash less fee collection system. I am talking about 6000 parents view. The bank is charging 1 to 2% as charges on Debit & Credit from the parents paying school fees as prescribed by RBI. This discouraging parents to go for digital payment mode & school are facing problem. My suggestion is you should reduce these charges from 1-2% to 0.1% to 0.2% or increase the free limit from 2000/- to 5000/- or so & it will encourage digital payment.

Middle class and upper middle class income people used to invest in real estate to improve return apart from their first home to stay instead of paying tax. This was helping real estate and hence construction labours to survive. Ever since, restriction has been implemented, real estate industry in India has highly affected and hence employment. People of investing in mutual funds, but gain in mutual fund is mainly from share trading which is not giving good benefit to society.

Govt of India should set up a TASK FORCE comprising of ANMI, BBF, SEBI, NSE, BSE to examine duplication, multiciplity and relevance of current compliances with a view to combine several compliances and phase out few compliances which may have outlived utility. This is in line of the Govt objective to "IMPROVING EASE OF DOING BUSINESS" and there is not financial sacrifice at all.

CGST & Income tax department may be merged for better assessment of assessed. Separate board and Cadre should be established for custom department. It will help to get better revenue from the same assessee as creation of Black money is related with business done in cash, forged invoice and wrong availment of Input tax credit. Separate board in Custom is need of hour as volume of export, import is increasing day by day and the same may be administered effectively.
