In order to make the Union Budget-making process participative and inclusive, the Ministry of Finance has sought inputs from citizens for the last several years. This year too, the Ministry looks forward to hearing from you on your suggestions for the Union Budget which will be presented in the Parliament in the upcoming session.

Citizens from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of this democratic exercise. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations. The last date for submissions on this forum is 20th June 2019.

1. Personalised page to all tax payers with all the direct and indirect taxes including GST paid by them. 2. Details of what % is utilised for various nation developmental activities. 3. Provision for voluntary contributions. 4. Comparative data of various states and contribution of every tax payer to various developmental activities will encourage them towards voluntary contributions.

We have flyovers in many cities. We have around 60 holidays (weekends ( weekends, festivals). Please allot some fund to condue exhibitions on them by stopping g traffic. Then,tourism develops. Stalls are food, automobile, startup, clths etc.

In this union budget government should arrange a found for QUALITY EDUCATION and should run this program for a long term like 15 or 20 like polio program because we are happy with our literacy ratio but, the scenario is total different.P lease increase the found for quality primary education.Thank you

I request you to kindly authorize Practicing Company Secretaries to do GST Audit under GST Laws so that CS can be treated at par with CA/CMA. Since CA/CMA can do the GST Audits. Company Secretary can become GST Practitioner but they cannot do GST Audit. It will create new professional opportunities to practicing Company secretaries. Companies Secretaries are competent to do GST Audit. Madam, I again request to kindly consider my request.
