Many women in India do don't continue their education and according to 2013 ,it has been found that only 40% of the people pursuing PhD are women. This I suggest that there should be more funds allocated to the awareness and educated of women to pursue further education after undergraduation. This will help in increasing the employment rate and in improving the standard of living.
