I would like to request for amendment to be made for exemption available from capital Gain Tax under prevailing income tax act. Currently we are subjected to capital gains tax on capital gain arising out of sale of our assets even if we are investing them for industrializing the nation. On the other hand, we are exempted if we invest this amount into buying a residential property. I feel its need of time to allow capital gain exemption if proceeds invested in industrial property.

In gst, refund for inverted duty structure is given. But in that service portion has excluded for claiming refund. My company is in garment sector, rate of gst on output tax is 5% and maximum input on service is covered in 18% & 12%. Because of this my gst credit is getting accumulated in huge. I suggest to include in inverted duty structure service portion also.
