Kindly consider: (1) Physical verification of premises should be made compulsory for GST Registration. (2) An option should be given in the application for GST Registration to choose whether the applicant opts for maintenance of records at registered premises or at the premises of a Chartered Accountant. If the applicant exercises the option in favour of the premises of a Chartered Accountant, the applicant should be asked to declare the particulars in the Application itself.

There is loophole for Tax payer required auditing .I suggest that there should be a proper list of employee ( Employee Name , PAN/aadhar no , Salary ,TDS etc ) uploaded in ITR or Form 3CD . Tax envador create dummy employee for taking extra expenses

Its been a long time since there is any update on HRA tax exemption rule. Please consider the following 2 points in this budget. 1. Include more cities in Metro category. Rents in cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad etc are more than the cities like Chennai and Kolkata. 2. Please remove "actual rent minus the 10% of the Basic" rule. Due to this rule the tax exemption we get reduced by more than 50%. 3. Exempt maintenance amount also from tax.
