Please concentrate on Fiscal Stimulus Programs which indeed increase the consumption which leads to GDP growth...Please do increase programs like MGNREGA, WATER METERS ( for tax collection ) and provide some tax reliefs to normal people so that it can lead to the ultimate user driven consumption

Ask for Closing Stock Value of the GSTIN holder as on the last day of the month in GSTR3B returns. This will serve as an authenticate report to Banks and auditors to compute Drawing Power of borrowers. #GST

Parking meters should be deployed to increase revenue for government instead of the illegal parking mafias siphoning off the money. Parking meters can be charged using e-wallets, thus minimising the need for cash collection.

1. Senior Citizen
Sr. Citizen age - can this threshold limit be reduced separately for men and women from 60 years for all purpose?
2. Railway quota
In Railways, can the sr. citizen quota (women of age 45 years & above and men of 60 years & above) be opened for all classes in all the trains.

1. Age limit of 58 years.
Considering the younger generations who are quiting their service in 40s, can the age limit of 58 for PF, NPS, PPF or wherever applicable be reduced appropriately so that subscribers can withdraw lumpsum of their accumulations and get pension early.
2. A check is needed on interest calculation on monthly PF contributions.
1st month remittance should carry interest for 12 months.
2nd month - 11 months' interest
3rd month - 10 mobths' interest
and so on.

Substantial cut in IT rates - Indian economy has forever has been dependent on local consumption . It is that engine that is hurt now . It is absolutely imperative that IT rates are cut substantially either by changing the slabs or by removing all the cesses that were supposed to be temporary. That is the only way to spur demand across categories and get the consumption engine humming .
2.Set up unit within Niti Aayog cutting across ministries to take advantage of US-China trade spat.

Government offices should be moved away from congested areas - e.g. they can be moved as the growth stimulators for the smart cities, with integrated housing for the staff. This will reduce burden on the congested areas, encourage walk to work or biciyle to work, reduce pollution and will also free up space in congested citiies, which can be deployed for profitable commercial use.
