In order to make the Union Budget-making process participative and inclusive, the Ministry of Finance has sought inputs from citizens for the last several years. This year too, the Ministry looks forward to hearing from you on your suggestions for the Union Budget which will be presented in the Parliament in the upcoming session.

Citizens from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of this democratic exercise. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations.

I had added a suggestion on voluntary income tax by those who are outside tax net. Please I want to add that there should not be filings of return by them as the are outside tax net. No assessment but only appreciation letter from PM

Dear finance minister maam , I am aby v mathew from Chennai, tamilnadu We have been spending years to save money to buy a home and 90% of people buy home on housing loans the current stamp duty and registration cost on plot cost are somewhat ok ... but the 12% gst on housing loan and 2% service charge on construction agreement is way too high ... please consider this on your upcoming budget announcement

Madam now in india there are any business run through e commerce. There is provision in income tax for deducting tds on various services like 194C,194I,194J As there is nature of business of e commerce there is only payment received by traders after deducting certain fee by e commerce.So trader can not deduct tds.They have to first deposit tds from own money and then file return and after that they claim from e commerce.there is ridiculous process.please solve the problem and give relief

#WaterConservation RAINWATER HARVESTING SYSTEM should be made compulsory for all buildings in water deficit states like Delhi. More and more areas are getting covered with concrete and this system would surely help to replenish the groundwater. 💧💧💧

How will government reward individual income tax payers? 1- invest 20% of income tax in some term fund on name of tax payer. this work as social security for tax payer in bad times. 2- or give relax in GST for income tax payers. 3-

The tax rate lowered for salaried it would be more help ful.above 10lakh 30% it's very hard to pay that much. Upto 10 lakh 10% tax rate is fine. 10 to 20 lakh 20%. More then 20lakh it would be 30% then okey.

#Environment ELECTRIC CARS and scooters should be introduced especially in the capital, DELHI. Alcohol can be used as a fuel in the cars which will reduce nitrogen and sulphur emissions as it only release carbon dioxide and water.

Namaste I had put a suggestion allowing the voluntary payment of tax who are not coming under tax net. This should be a voluntary thing, there should not be any returns required or assessment. Only requirement is appreciation from government.

kya govt. every aadhar card holder ko 1 tree gift kr sakti h comming environment day ek mobile app se aadhar num. verify hoga. tree according to environment hoga. every street,mohalla,city, village . every govt. employ either state or center can distribut throw mob. app. us din pura cuntry 8 hr. office work k bajay environment ko dega. paryavarn surakha day.
