In order to make the Union Budget-making process participative and inclusive, the Ministry of Finance has sought inputs from citizens for the last several years. This year too, the Ministry looks forward to hearing from you on your suggestions for the Union Budget which will be presented in the Parliament in the upcoming session.

Citizens from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of this democratic exercise. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations.

#budget.Honarable FM, How about equalizing Petrol and diesel price. It may completely eliminate the menace of adulteration.

#Education - If you dont make any structural changes to education system from lower primary onwards, Indians will not be employable in foreign countries anymore. #Employment- 42 years high unemployment rate.You have to do something seriously before its going to be a burst out.Please dont say you gave some mudra loans here n there. #Others- It was MIDDLE CLASS who voted Modi to power.Now these middle class people are struggling, there should be some announcement for middle class in 2020 Budget.

Way to tackle extreme corruption in Panchayati Raj institutions keeping all of the participants happy. The salary of related employees to be generated basis of developement in area and the distribution goes up to the DM level and above... The funds to be collected from the same money allotted for developement. The concept of corporate sales team. Please call 9598797000 for detailed structure this would ease govt. , reduce corruption and boost developement. I have a detailed structured plan.

1)Planting fruit trees across river side by NGO.2)Making Moral Education a compulsory subject in university curriculum & public services exams.3)Forming Financial volunteer groupd in universities to inform govt. about tax evasion & black money unlike NSS.

#Income tax#Finance Post No 4/12 1. Reduction of corporate tax the rich & richer became richer & richest respectively. Needs to rise financial conditions of common people to reduce economical imbalance, since 1% people of India enjoying about 58% of National property 2.More tax on rich & super rich & less on common people 3.Tax on agricultural income above 12 lac & revenue earned for health, education, agriculture 4. No free cash, may be through MSP & some productive activities

# Agriculture,#Farmers Post No 3/12 1.Instead of giving free cash, the eligible farmers may be provided as input subsidies & as crop insurance premiums basing on the cultivated land available with farmers, by the State & Central Govt.s to boost the productivity & so on 2. Supply of good type seeds, fertilizer, pesticides and etc. for better production 3. Expansion of irrigation canals system for better production 4. Provision for pension for farmers with low premium after 60/65 years

#Employment P,N 2/12 Over privilegeds, Govt. jobs at 18 to 27 age are SEFC, % more, get maximum benefits & promotions, financially sound, under privilegeds, 28 to 32 age are from SEBC, % less, not getting maximum benefits & promotions, financially not sound, so 30 years of services to all irrespective of entry Vacancies for unemployeds & Indirect jobs by over privilegeds, financial burden shared from over privilegeds & savings for new jobs,no economical disparity,no complain on promotion

#Employment#Enterpreneurship Post No 1/12 Proper Distribution of Resources One job for eligible unemployed couple,person having Govt. job, should marry suitable unmarried, if wants person having Govt. job , have to quit the Govt. job by either one,both of the couple having Govt. job, either have to quit, no plea of divorce, they should marry suitable unmarrieds or salary 50%/VR, eligible couples will be benefited New business/industry can be set up by the spouse of Govt. employee

To encourage MSMEs and create an impetus for exports, Govt needs to setup either a PSU or a PPP for a company whose sole responsibility is to facilitate trade between international buyers and indian MSMEs. The link shows the example of Yiwu City where an international buyer has a hassle-free experience in terms of documentation and retail exhibition throughout the yr. The co that handles all of this maximizes the transactions to increase its own profit - a win-win for everyone.

Dear Sir, I would like to provide following suggestion for union Budget. 1. Please make increase slab limit for middle class tax payer and give them exemption in certain investment if they invest in Government scheme so that government also will get benefit of Investment. 2. Please make high tax rate for all upper and very rich class people like Business personnel, Bollywood personality, manager and director class personnel, all Politician and NGO's who is earning all types of income.
