A new rule should be got in wherein any Client making payment to suppliers, including Govt, should be done including GST at every stage, like Advance, Against supply, On installation etc. As many of the cases the GST is 18%, and whereas many a times overall margin on sales is only 10% or slightly more than that. If the client delays in the payment of GST, the suppliers need to pay from their pocket, and it is very tough for them to pay this 18% when there is margin in itself hardly 10%.

Farmers are facing problem while purchasing tractors. At present upto Rs.2 lakhs cash transaction is allowed. Most of the farmers want to buy tractors with entire cash..Tractor cost is around Rs.6.50 to 7 lakhs..Tractor dealers are charging 1% TCS above 2 lakh which is burden for farmers. Please look into it and do the needful.

I would like to request our finance minister to give some relief in tax for salaried class. First of all we are getting salary after compulsory tax deduction and than again on every expenditure like household or consumer goods again we have to pay tax like GST etc for which we can not claim input also as done by the business class. So overall we are taxed at multi levels which is hitting hard. Kindly consider.

Domestic tourism needs a total overhaul ! Provide engineers With more than 75% scoring marks to set up industries by providing them govt projects , land and machinery loans !! Give clothes to slum dwellers at cost price ! Give houses to auto drivers , bus drivers , truck drivers , can drivers etc Let the mid rich suffer a bit to improve the lower middle class ! Implement the Chinese model of giving unsecured loans to industries! Increase liquor taxes but cut taxes on food !

Also put check on Education Fees.Schools are charging 15000 per month even for KG classes. Educational Institutions must also be taxed if they are charging heavy fees. This should be stopped as common honest tax paying people are facing extreme stress in managing school fees. There must be check on school fees.
