In order to make the Union Budget-making process participative and inclusive, the Ministry of Finance has sought inputs from citizens for the last several years. This year too, the Ministry looks forward to hearing from you on your suggestions for the Union Budget which will be presented in the Parliament in the upcoming session.

Citizens from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of this democratic exercise. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations.

Mam Can we please allocate a small budget for setting up of libraries in every town and village? Books that are full of Indic knowledge, rich traditions and history. Can make use of existing post offices buildings in villages for the same. This will encourage our children, teens and adults to come closer to our culture. Also to those who cant afford all these books themselves. Can have a nominal fee for these books. Can also equip them with wifi and internet facilities. Thank You.

Income tax exemption up to 5 Lakhs & in 80c give tax redemptions up to 2 Lakh. LTA can be claimed every year, as we have implemented GST.

-Abolish Income Tax Or Atleast Reduce Considerable Income Tax For Salaried People . -Rationalise GST rates Single Or Double rate Slab . - Development And Beautification Of All National Monuments With Modern Facilities And Outer Beautification like Lawns , Gardens , Walkways in sync with monuments . - Special Focus On Tourism . - A National Fund For Redevelopment And Modernisation Of Government Run Hospitals , Schools And Colleges . -Proposal for Constructing New IITs and IIMs .

Respected madam, please reduce GST 10% for all goods. please reduce income tax 5% for taxable income range 5 to 10 lakh. please reduce unemployment problem. please avoid privatalisation. please remove educational cess tax. please include petrol and diesel under GST.

1) Population growth have to reduce by law. 2) Only the unemployed family should be given rice for two rupees. 3) An"Old age house" should open for the helpless elders in every panchayat area. 4) Arrange money back procedure for all investment companies including Sahara,Sarada,Rosevalley to save the village economy.

Income tax exemption This time we r expecting from long pending demand of tax exemption upto 5 lakh. this tax exeption done during prime minister candidate sri L. K Advani time during loksabha election 2009. Almost 10 year over . This promise should be full filled to public. it will increase the purchasing power of the middle class. which will increase the indirect tax collection.

#agriculture मेरे विचार से ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में निजी निवेश को प्रोत्साहन देने पर जोर दिया जाना चाहिए। और खेती को लाभदायक व्यवसाय बनाना ही नीति निर्धारण का केन्द्र बिंदु होना चाहिए।
