In order to make the Union Budget-making process participative and inclusive, the Ministry of Finance has sought inputs from citizens for the last several years. This year too, the Ministry looks forward to hearing from you on your suggestions for the Union Budget which will be presented in the Parliament in the upcoming session.

Citizens from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of this democratic exercise. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations.

Govt need to come with innovative rewards for honest tax payers such as taking care of medical treatments for their families, Need to provide additional retirement benefits for private sector employees who started paying tax in their early age from 25 years. Person who has Contributed to the govt kitty from age of 25 to age of 58 years needs to be safe guarded in retirement benefits and needs to be taken care by government

Need to have unique set of retirement benefits for both Gov and non government employees. Atleast govt employees having pension income which will be in recurring form on monthly basis. But Non govt employees lack this benefits. Schemes such as PPF and EPF will not satisfy there requirements.

Focus on MSME, focus on local markets, forget corporate, focus on reducing income tax or rather abolish income tax ,focus on cheating going on in education loan - they say no interest during studying period but they put all interest of study period later

#Employment# Making people more aware about the existing schemes in village and urban level despite of so many employment schemes many people are unware and uneducated to implent to themselves.. Proper awareness program should be undertaken In urban sector small groups should be make in each municipality wards and and engage themselves with micro works through financial schemes and implement it nd like this small scale jobs will rise.. And I have implemented it in practical and it gave job

Secondly why print the budget under high security, and bring hard copies to be distributed to the MPs. As it is the MPs are provided with laptops, the budget can be downloaded at or after it is presented, advantage, save manpower for printing, saving of paper which in turn saves environment and the the budget if  in e-form , option to download in the required choice of language ( different languages to be provided )
