In order to make the Union Budget-making process participative and inclusive, the Ministry of Finance has sought inputs from citizens for the last several years. This year too, the Ministry looks forward to hearing from you on your suggestions for the Union Budget which will be presented in the Parliament in the upcoming session.

Citizens from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of this democratic exercise. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations.

For Budget 1) "Change the roots" That's mean if our crude expensive is massasively high we must reduce it by the electrical vehicles and our electric expenses is high must we get electricity from natural sources like solar. Use dessert of kuchch of Gujarat for huge solar power generate.

For Salaried employees, HRA formula needs to be changed .. with deduction of actual rent paid as allowable expenditure... rent has increased many folds..

Premium paid on medical and term/life Insurance should be allowed Through separate section without any limit for taxpayers and his dependent. Looking medical cost and importance of term/life Indurance ... This is expected from current Budget ...

1)if government wish 5 tr. dollar economie must work each person of the home. 2) Establish different manufacturing units and give work to unemployed persons. 3) If unable to establish manufacturing unit seek privet partnership.

In case of Personal Income Tax, have two simple suggestions, 1. The Standard deduction for Salaried employees to be made equivalent to annual minimum wages of a skilled labour and this should be automatically adjusted to CPI so no surprises in Budget 2. There has to be some pecuniary benefit for a tax payer, so one suggestions that the Govt gives a Term policy equivalent to 10x of the Gross Taxable Income, which would be a effective insurance premium subsidy and provide incentive for compliance

Brands like Hamleys n funskool shall be made mandatory to procure 75% goods #madeInIndia currently 99% their products imported. What’s advantage to Indian economy. They shall be encouraged to setup manufacturing in India n promote SME to manufacture for them. Revive #SME sector n discourage Import. Same for furniture. Stop Underbilling n Chinese Hawala. #Industry #employement

Lot of money is collected in Hindu temples. Govt should use this fund for sanskrit language education, medical edication , ayurvedic science in universities on PAN India basis and out of India like Bhutan, Nepal, Sri lanka, USA , Africa , Canada.
