In order to make the Union Budget-making process participative and inclusive, the Ministry of Finance has sought inputs from citizens for the last several years. This year too, the Ministry looks forward to hearing from you on your suggestions for the Union Budget which will be presented in the Parliament in the upcoming session.

Citizens from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of this democratic exercise. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations.

Please waive Late fees of GSTR 3b till f.y 2019-20. Either make late fees on the emi basis without cancelling the their registration,so that the taxpayer can pay late fees(in small amount) and also run their buisness smoothly.#GST

Finance Minister should allocate budgets to launch an initiative to promote manufacuting of indeginous aircraft ... international groups can submit idea to manufacture commercial Aircraft engine to enable UDAN (80-180 seater plane engine) our start-up, students & even citizen are capable to provide outoff solution to Global warming Top 5 idea should be taken by our Pvt Industry to execute with Govt support by allowing access to key labs like NAL, GTRE etc.

Rs 40000 crore Environmental cess fund can be use To increase #farmersincome n make highway n villages #green again, government shall encourage farmers to plant fruit or biofuel trees on open land near their field n nurture them for 4-5 years. Every year government shall reimburse farmers maintenance cost from #Environmental cess fund. Trees can be geo tagged by forest officers n fund transfer directly to farmers account. Later same farmer can use fruits of trees for extra income. #agriculture

आम आदमी किसी तरह अपनी बचत करता है और उसे FD में निवेश करता है या अपनी बचत को बचत खाते में रखता है. FD और बचत खाते से मिलने वाले ब्याज को आयकर से मुक्त कर देना चाहिए।

The common man somehow saves his savings and invests it in FD or keeps his savings in a savings account. Interest from FD and savings account should be exempt from income tax.

As credit cards are non priority sector loans according to RBI and banks are given a free will, only priority sector loans such as business loan, personal loans, property loans, car loans etc should be allowed for impacting CIBIL scores. Increase NPA window from 60 days to 180 days and proper due process submission to RBI to decide on whether an individual or business can be classified as such or not.
