The entire education and health sector must be governmentised. People should get free education and health services. You can collect income tax upto 40%. But making education free for all improves the living standards of people which contributes to the development of nation.

The Government of India may Set up a National Technical Institute to train Engineers to know the low-cost operation of High-Speed Rail in China. The Government may recruit at least 1000 Engineers to provide massive training to develop by providing international training to them under long-term bond to develop captive capacity in India. There must have SPV with Japan/ China to manufacture High-speed Rail facilities in India for its global supply. A strategic SPV for high-end engineering facilities through International joint operation shall be a reality in India. There must have a mission plan to provide Engineering Services globally by India under a Separate Ministry thereto.

The Government may provide Vertical growth like fifty storied buildings in all districts to provide enough facilities to start BPO jobs in healthcare, legal, insurance, banking, shipping, etc. The Government may provide incentives to purchase Ships to import cement/ rock and gravels from regions like Africa or other countries to carry out massive infrastructure activities.

Inter-connected bus service facilities to Airport and Rail stations in all areas must be a reality. All roads shall be allotted circuit buses at least two working days a week. Cable car facilities over overhead structures in all major city areas in India must be a reality through PPP mode.

The Government may allocate a minimum of Rs 100 crores to provide incentives for individuals who provide ideas that can generate more than Rs 50000 crores to the State or the Central Government. This includes sharing of new ideas, development of techno-innovative methods, etc. Also may provide incentives for the public who provide solutions to reduce the budget gap and to get funds at low-cost options or to repay loans/ huge loans of the Government and the incentive shall be sharing of saving @ 10% with a cap of Rs 10 crores.

Incorporate intra and inter integrated research and development teams in each and every profession to keep pace with existing technologies and future inhouse developments, forever, be it management of HR resources. The Income Tax Act is to be amended to incorporate a weighted deduction of 250% for providing sponsorship on the publication of books by any business entities. This includes sponsoring books, IPR, etc.
